*** Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.
*** Tiered pricing is applied, and prices may change throughout the day.
*** The participant has the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date. Cancellations within 29-15 days may incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations less than 14 days before the tour will incur a 100% penalty.
*** The agency has the right to cancel the tour, providing notice to the participant 21 days prior to departure if sufficient participation is not achieved.
*** During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or special events, our hotels may be used further away from the specified distances to the center. If this occurs, you will be notified 10 days before the tour departure.
*** When only category information is provided without naming specific hotels, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour starts.
*** Triple rooms are allocated based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable coach beds, the tour participants acknowledge that they accept the possible tightness and bed type in the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child matching the age group staying with 2 adults.
*** Services included in the tour program are breakfasts taken at the hotel, served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consisting of a limited menu labeled as continental breakfast, which may include butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
