Day 1 ISTANBUL –DUBAI – TOKYO
We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we depart for Dubai at 23:20 on Emirates Airlines flight EK118. After our arrival at 04:50 local time, we will transfer to our next flight with Emirates Airlines EK312 at 07:45 to Tokyo. We spend the night on the plane.
Day 2 TOKYO
After our arrival at 22:25 local time, we transfer to our hotel with our private bus. After checking into the hotel, free time to rest.
Day 3 TOKYO – SHIBUYA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we start our Tokyo tour. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of the most famous and lively districts of Tokyo, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Experiencing the unique moment when hundreds of people move at once with each traffic light change is an unforgettable experience to feel the energy of Tokyo. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty, which is also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, and enjoy our free time at various famous shopping centers. Additionally, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower will be some of the places we will see from a panoramic view during our tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 4 TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA – GINZA - TOKYO
After breakfast, guests can join the Extra Tokyo & Sensoji & Akihabara & Ginza Tour (150€) if they wish. Our first stop is Sensoji Temple, built in 645 AD, which is the oldest temple in Tokyo and has been one of the most important religious centers in Tokyo since the Edo period. After our visit here, we will go to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronics brands at low prices. After our shopping time, we will move to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated side of modern Japan and its elegance. After exploring the area, we will have free time for lunch. At the designated time by our guide, we will transfer back to our hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 5 TOKYO – FUJI MOUNTAIN – HAKONE BOAT – OSHINO HAKKAI - TOKYO
After breakfast, guests can join the all-day Extra Fuji Mountain & Hakone & Oshino Hakkai Tour (200€) if they wish. We set off towards Mt. Fuji, Japan's highest mountain, located southwest of Tokyo on Honshu Island. First, we will pass through Hakone, known for its views and natural beauty seen from Mt. Fuji. We will enjoy a boat trip on Lake Ashinoko with the stunning backdrop of Mt. Fuji. Afterward, we will take the cable car to the Mototsumiya Shrine observation point. After a photo break, we will visit Oshino Hakkai, a region known for its natural ponds formed by underground waters merging with melting snow. The pools, created from volcanic rocks and natural filtration, are crystal clear. You will be able to capture stunning reflections of Mt. Fuji in these pools of various sizes and depths. After exploring with our guide, we will head to one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers, Gotemba Premium Outlet. After the guide-directed timing, we will transfer back to the hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 6 TOKYO – (SHINKANSEN) – DOTONBORI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we move to the train station for our Shinkansen (bullet train) journey to Osaka, at the timing set by our guide. We only take our daily essentials. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately by the company’s arranged transfer company to our Osaka hotel.) After approximately 2.5 hours of travel by the fast train, which can reach up to 320 km/h, we arrive in Osaka. We will perform a city tour in Osaka, the second largest metropolitan area in Japan after Tokyo. Notable sights include the Umeda Sky Building, which consists of two structures 173 meters tall. The towers are connected by an ‘observation platform’ at the top. During our tour, we will go to the observation deck on the 39th floor to see the panoramic view of Osaka. Following Umeda Sky Building, we will head to the Dotonbori area, which has become a lively and entertaining tourist attraction that blends traditional Japanese culture with modern entertainment, renowned for theaters and performance arts since the Edo Period. Osaka is known as Japan's culinary capital, and Dotonbori is filled with restaurants to prove this title. After enjoying the area, we will transfer back to our hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 7 OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST- KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - OSAKA
After breakfast, guests wishing to can participate in the all-day Extra Kyoto & Bamboo Forest & Kinkakuji Temple & Kiyomizu Dera & Fushimi Inari Tour (200€). We head towards Kyoto, known for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods, which is one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture and was the ancient capital of Japan. After about an hour's journey, we start our city tour from the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, which welcomes visitors with its 500-meter walking trail. During our stroll along the path, we'll enjoy the lovely sounds of the wind passing through the bamboo and take pictures of the forest. Next, we proceed with the visit to Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji is a Zen temple covered in gold leaf on its top two levels, also known as the Golden Pavilion. This impressive structure looks over a large pond, and each floor represents a different architectural style. Then, we move to Kiyomizu-dera, an independent Buddhist temple located on the eastern side of Kyoto. One of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, this temple is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Just below the main hall is the Otowa Waterfall, which flows into a pond through three channels. According to belief, each channel symbolizes knowledge, health, and longevity. Next, we will visit Fushimi Inari, one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines, known for its thousands of orange Torii gates. After our tour of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine, we will transfer back to the hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 8 OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE - NARA – TEA CEREMONY – OSAKA
After breakfast, guests wishing to can join the Extra Osaka Castle & Nara and Tea Ceremony Tour (200€). Our first stop is Osaka Castle, where we will view the castle from the outside and take a photo break before moving to our panoramic tour of Nara. We will start the tour with the Todaiji Temple, which was built in 752 AD and was intended to be the leading temple among all Buddhist temples. Over time, the temple grew in influence and began to impact policy in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji is also recorded as the world's largest wooden structure. This enormous building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). After that, we will visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara that was established in 1880 and includes many of Nara's main attractions such as Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After enjoying some time with the roaming deer while taking photos, we will participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony while wearing local Kimonos. After enjoying the area, we transfer back to the hotel and have some free time to relax. After our temple tour, we will transfer back to the hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 9 OSAKA – SEOUL
After breakfast, we check out from the hotel. We will transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. We will fly with local airlines to Seoul. After our arrival in Seoul, we will begin our panoramic city tour. We will head for a tour of the Gangnam Square, which means 'South of the Han River' and is the third largest area in Seoul. This region gained popularity after PSY’s song Gangnam Style, and Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, Starfield Library will be among the sites we can see. After we have time for shopping, dining, and taking photos, there will be free time until the departure time announced by our guide. Afterward, we'll transfer to the hotel and have some free time to relax.
Day 10 SEOUL -DUBAI – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. Guests who wish can join the Seoul City Tour (150€). During our tour, the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, Myeongdong street will be among the places we will see panoramically. Our first stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, usually referred to as the North Palace because it is located further north compared to neighboring palaces such as Changdeokgung (East Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (West Palace). Next, we will explore the Bukchon Hanok Village, which means North Village. Hanok refers to Korea's traditional houses, and approximately 700 Hanok houses can be found in this village. Finally, we will transfer to Myeongdong, the most famous shopping and fashion district in Korea, where you can shop before leaving the country and enjoy local delicacies. After the tour, we will be transferred to the airport at the time specified by our guide. Our flight with Emirates Airlines EK323 departs for Dubai at 23:55, arriving in Dubai at 04:25, followed by our next flight EK 123 to Istanbul, departing at 10:40. After our arrival in Istanbul at 14:25 local time, the end of our tour.
