Izmir Moving London Tour (Bayram Holiday Period)
1st DAY | IZMIR-LONDON
Meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures terminal 3.5 hours before your flight for ticketing and check-in procedures. Our journey begins with Sun Express Airlines’ scheduled flight at 06:40 to the city of London, England. Upon arrival in London at 08:50 local time, we depart for a panoramic city tour. During our panoramic tour, we will see The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hays Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Thames River, Piccadilly Circus, Admiral Nelson's Monument, Trafalgar Square, National Museum, the famous Harrods Store, Knightsbridge, and Natural History Museum. After the tour, free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd DAY | LONDON
After the hotel’s breakfast, free time. Guests wishing can join an optional full-day tour of the London Eye & Thames River cruise (costs 155 Pounds). During this tour, you will enjoy breathtaking views of London from a giant observation wheel on the Thames River, and afterwards, you'll have the chance to explore London from the river on a boat cruise. During the cruise, you'll pass by London's iconic landmarks such as the Parliament building, St. Paul's Cathedral, and many more. In the afternoon, we take a walk in Covent Garden, known for its entertainment, restaurants, pubs, and shops. Free time for shopping and visiting the world-famous British Museum, where we can see collections including artifacts brought from Turkey. Return to our hotel for the night.
3rd DAY | LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests may also join an optional tour to Windsor Castle, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Oxford Street (costs 120 Pounds). Windsor Castle, witnessing England's 900-year history, is the largest and oldest castle in the world and serves as the official residence of the Queen. In the morning, we will depart by private bus to Windsor, a charming town outside London, to visit the castle. After exploring the magnificence of the castle, enjoy free time for lunch in the picturesque streets of Windsor. In the afternoon, we return to London and visit the Museum dedicated to Queen Victoria and her young husband, Prince Albert, where we can see magnificent royal jewelry. Afterwards, free time on London’s famous shopping street, Oxford Street. Return to our hotel for the night.
4th DAY | LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests wishing can join an optional tour to Greenwich, Notting Hill, and Soho (costs 60 Pounds). We head across the Thames to Greenwich. Highlights include the Royal Observatory where the Prime Meridian passes, the historic “Cutty Sark” ship, and the maritime museum. Afterwards, we proceed to Notting Hill, walking through streets lined with pastel-colored houses, and then enjoy free time at Portobello Road Market. In the afternoon, we visit Soho, discovering its lively streets, pubs, and restaurants. Evening free time in the city center. Overnight stay at the hotel.
5th DAY| LONDON- IZMIR
After breakfast, free time. The guide will determine the pick-up time for the journey to London Stansted Airport. After check-in, baggage, and flight procedures, our flight with Sun Express Airlines on flight XQ 941 departs at 22:30 to Izmir. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, we arrive in Izmir and conclude our tour.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• In the tour program, when only category information is provided without specifying names and/or when alternative options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, and similar periods, hotels may be used at greater distances from the specified km; in such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days before the start date of the tour.
• Triple rooms are allocated depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are called folding beds, coach beds, or similar, participants booking for 3rd person or children accept potential tightness in the room and the bed types. Child discounts apply only to a single child staying with 2 adults within the age group.
• Services included in the tour program, such as breakfast at the hotel, are generally continental breakfasts consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group in accordance with the country's breakfast culture.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities, without museum or site entrance fees, with narration from a guide from within the vehicle. These tours, along with other tours in the program, depend on local authorities' permissions and may not be available due to closed roads, events, or weather conditions. The agency is not responsible if such tours cannot be conducted. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot depending on accessibility.
• When only category information or alternative options are provided for the same destination, you can learn about your hotel(s) 48 hours before the departure.
• Participants agree in advance to pay any additional costs such as entrance fees to museums, historical sites, city taxes, or audio systems, which are specified in the tour program, during the trip, and confirm they have been informed properly.
• Promotional and Early Booking tours cannot be canceled or changed by guests.
• Our agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, and schedules can change before the trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay for airport taxes and services.
VISA
• Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, travelers must have at least 6 months validity on their passports from the end date of travel and submit the required documents listed by our agency.
• Travelers with a green passport must renewal if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country or their flight may be canceled by the airline. Responsibility for this situation lies with the traveler.
• No visa application is needed for green passport holders, as long as the passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this, and it is the passenger's responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or similar damages may cause issues at border crossings. To avoid problems with border authorities, such passports should be renewed and, if a visa is required, the new passport must contain the relevant visa. Responsibility for this lies with the traveler.
• Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a written consent from the non-traveling parent or guardian at the border; therefore, we advise parents and minors to be attentive to this issue.
