General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement', and cannot be considered independently.
• Our Tour Program is organized under a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operational agency.
• In cases where the tour program only provides category information without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, the responsibility for agency guests lies with the Agency.
• This price list and program are valid until a new price list is released.
• Our prices in all package programs are limited to a quota of a minimum of 10 people, and exceeding this number may result in an increase in prices for your groups. Please inquire about the price information.
• In normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years, and in other passport types, if it is more than 5 years, the person participating in the trip cannot go abroad, even if they have a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.
• Passport control requires that all types of passports (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a valid visa, must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months of validity are not approved by our agency. The Agency has no liability for any claims from passengers who are unable to participate in the tour due to having passports with less than 6 months of validity.
• The Agency acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip, shipping companies, hotels, and all third parties providing services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency are aware that the Agency is not directly responsible for any delays, strikes, terrorism, war, and similar force majeure situations, no responsibility exists due to third-party personal faults or unpredictable technical issues, material and moral damages due to accidents, incomplete accommodation or faulty services of facilities; the parties are aware of this.
• For all customs-bound departures abroad, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the start of the tour on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving at the port or airport by domestic flights from other cities are required to adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, any delay in arrival and/or inability to participate in the tour due to this is the responsibility of the passenger, and the Agency has no liability for any compensation claims from passengers. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is advised to check in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
• The Agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Our passengers have accepted that flight details may change upon purchasing the tour.
• The breakfasts included in the services of the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu called Continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
• Triple rooms are subject to availability in hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are either foldable or coach beds, participants acknowledge that they accept any cramped conditions or bed types in rooms reserved for the 3rd person and/or children's reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child of the applicable age group staying with 2 adults.
• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 single beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
• In cases where children under 18 years old do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents during the trip.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities and last 2-3 hours; they may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change. Museum and archaeological site entrances are not included. Optional tours are conducted based on the number of people determined by the tour leader and can be changed by the tour leader based on the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted, and the Agency cannot be held responsible for such cancellations.
• Participants' health issues, pregnancy, medications they regularly use, and related reports must be carried with them.
• For optional tours to be conducted on the way, guests who do not participate will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the road where they can benefit from public transportation.
