Day 1: Istanbul / Sharm Sheikh
Meet at the AJET AIRLINES counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 20:55. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF255 at 23:55 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at local time 01:35, proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm el-Sheikh
Upon our arrival at 01:35 local time, we will proceed to our hotel. After completing check-in procedures, guests will settle into their rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel.
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities offered at your hotel. Guests who wish may optionally join the 'Sea Scope (Marine Observation) Tour' and the 'ATV Desert Safari Tour'. Overnight stay at our hotel.

This amazing underwater journey is conducted in Royal Sea Scope's semi-submersible glass-bottom boats, accommodating up to 80 passengers. It is one of the most luxurious options in the region, allowing you to observe the magnificent marine life of the Red Sea at a depth of 3 meters without getting wet for two hours. Recommended for families with children.

Pick-up from your hotel begins this action-packed and fun tour lasting approximately 2 hours. You will dance among the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments during photo stops at a magnificent sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, a Bedouin tent, you will relax with a tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
In the morning, after having breakfast early, we will check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Museum of Islamic History, the Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Cairo
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the additional 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour' and 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile' tours.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Extra Tour: Dinner cruise on the Nile // USD 75 per adult – USD 55 per child
On our boat tour along the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music and take in the lights and night views of Cairo. Transfer from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 5: Cairo - Hurghada
In the morning, after breakfast at an early hour, we check out from our hotels and depart from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, towards the exotic holiday destination Hurghada. After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and check into the hotel. Guests who wish may additionally join the ‘Hurghada City Tour’ scheduled for the evening. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 6: Hurghada
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. By 12:00, we will check out and vacate our rooms. Guests who wish may join the extra 'Luxor Tour'. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide.
EXTRA TOUR: Luxor Tour (with lunch) // $135 USD per adult – $95 USD per child
The Luxor region, where many of the most important monuments of mysterious Egyptian history can be seen together, is located only 3.5 hours from Hurghada. In this tour, we will depart early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening, visiting Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, the Nile Delta, and other rare historical and natural treasures of the world with our expert guide. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. This tour includes lunch and museum entrance fees.
Day 7: Hurghada / Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF252 begins at 04:45. After arrival at 08:35 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where the tour program provides category information without specifying names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guest.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent travel resulting from such errors.
- For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, hotels may show variations, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who fail to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering fines due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator accepts no liability in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, if the group misses the outbound flight, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
