Be at the AJET AIRLINES counter at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal by 11:10 AM. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh, the exotic holiday destination in Egypt, at 14:10 with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF 255. Upon arrival at local time 16:50, we will proceed to our hotel. After checking in, you will settle into your rooms. Our guide will inform you about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh.
The rest of our day can be spent enjoying the activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
2nd Day: Sharm SheikhAfter breakfast, enjoy free time for activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Sea Scope (Underwater Observation) or ATV Desert Safari tours. Overnight at our hotel.

Starting with pick-up from your hotel, this action-packed tour lasts about 2 hours, where you will dance through the desert sands with four-wheeled ATV Quad bikes, take photo breaks at the magnificent sunset, and have the opportunity to ride a camel. Our last stop will be at a Bedouin tent for tea service to relax before returning to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Head and face scarf (Shemagh), sunglasses, and one bottle of water are 6 USD per person.
3rd Day: Sharm El Sheikh - CairoAfter breakfast, we will check out from our hotels and head to Cairo, Egypt’s capital, for a pleasant 7-hour journey. During our arrival in Cairo, we will have a panoramic city tour where we will have the opportunity to see landmarks such as Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check in to our hotel and overnight.
4th Day: CairoAfter breakfast, enjoy free time. Guests who wish can join the optional tours. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour (with lunch) // 115 USD per Adult – 85 USD per Child
Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? We will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the richest museums in the world. We will have our lunch in a local restaurant. Entrance fees to the Pyramids Area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Beverages during the meal are extra.
Optional Tour: Dinner Cruise on the Nile // 75 USD per Adult – 55 USD per Child
During our dinner cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy live music and take in the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Beverages during the meal are extra.
5th Day: Cairo - HurghadaAfter breakfast, we will check out from our hotels and set off towards Hurghada, an exotic holiday destination, after a pleasant journey of about 7 hours. Upon our arrival in Hurghada in the afternoon, we will check in to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional tour in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.

6th Day: HurghadaAfter breakfast, enjoy free time for activities at your hotel. Check out at 12:00 PM. Guests who wish can participate in the optional tours. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.
OPTIONAL TOUR: Luxor Tour // 135 USD per Adult – 95 USD per Child
Most of the important works of mysterious Egyptian history can be seen together in the Luxor region, which is only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada. We will depart early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening. During this trip, we will visit Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, and the Nile Delta, and we will explore the world's most precious historical and natural riches in detail with our expert guide. We will have our lunch in a local restaurant during our trip. Lunch and museum entrance fees are included in this tour.
After ticket and customs procedures, we will start our flight with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF252 at 03:35. After arriving at 06:15 local time, our journey ends. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there are less than 10 participants, prices may change or tours may be carried out via the metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may vary depending on local density or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchasing from the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning the names in the tour program, and/or when alternative options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip.
- Our programs will have a guide who will welcome at the destination. The guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance about canceling or changing extra tours. The cancellation and refund of the extra tour requested may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, hotels may be located at a greater distance than the indicated km. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the travel date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are designed to last a maximum of 2-3 hours without including museum and archaeological site entrances.
- In cases where the places to be visited are closed to entry due to local authorities, or where roads on the route are closed due to any event or weather conditions, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if the circumstances allow.
- The guiding service will be conducted at the arrival airport in our tour programs. For return transfers, the guests must be present at the reception of the hotel they stayed in before the time given by the guide.
- The hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, other similar hotels may be provided.
- We recommend our guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by the currency exchange rate. Old/Worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be possible with old banknotes that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are aimed at overseas travel, it is the responsibility of the guests to have knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests in conjunction with the general terms and obligations that are present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints that arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if it has been issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable.
- Torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports must be renewed to avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited; if the country enforces visa application for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues will be the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS merely acts as an intermediary. There are no penalties or liabilities for personal visa applications made by BTB TOURS.
- Passengers who will apply for visas on their own must consider that obtaining necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointments accordingly, taking into account this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation or does not attend the related tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and if this visa service was stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the fees paid to the consulate, after proving that they did not use the visa within one week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa independently and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be given to the guest.
- Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. The flight type and time may change, and hotels may be similar to others due to high availability during peak season or special periods. Guests also accept the risk of time changes and hotel alterations when purchasing the tour.
- Triple rooms are provided according to the hotel's availability. There is an additional bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, and the hotel will block the room according to availability if appropriate accommodations are available.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- Hotels offer continental breakfasts; they do not offer Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- When making a reservation/registering, it is necessary to report and enter the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport to ensure correct flight ticket issuing. Any penalties incurred due to errors in this information will be the guest's responsibility.
- Guests must have a travel and health insurance for the period starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and are required to carry the related insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. The responsibility for facing penalties for not carrying travel insurance lies with the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having been to a certain country may cause the inability to obtain a visa or cross the border for another/multiple countries, and since this is outside of BTB TOURS’ control, it is accepted that BTB TOURS holds no responsibility in such cases.
- In order for the trip to benefit the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in excursions made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group completes the excursion. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different dates without changing the content depending on the weather conditions, and BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative solutions for our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. In cases where the required majority is not met, extra tours may not be feasible, or price changes may occur.
- Tours for which local authorities do not authorize entry cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct such tours.
- The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round trip tickets are issued in one ticket. In cases of missing or unused departure flights, return flights may automatically be invalid. In that case, the rules of the airline apply.
- Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to this situation or personal reasons, the guest must personally cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, the return ticket must be obtained as well). Furthermore, if they have missed the group's departure, they may partially or fully miss the first day's program; responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if the flight to the city/country is taken separately from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles must do so after the tickets have been issued and when the specific flight has availability according to the relevant airline. Since the airplane seats in our programs are in group class, in case the wanted ticket can be upgraded subject to availability, the guest must pay the indicated amount to upgrade the ticket from group class to available economy class according to the airline’s policies. The resulting price difference will be the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
- Before leaving Turkey, guests should check with their respective GSM operator to ensure their mobile phones are activated for international calls.
- During your travel, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving public transport and hotels.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline used, without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or as deemed necessary.
