Istanbul New Airport Departure with THY 4 Nights 5 Days Fairy Tale in the Adriatic: Prestige Budva Tour (420)
Meeting before the departure time, 3 hours prior to flight at Turkish Airlines counters in Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing exit procedures for abroad, we depart to Tivat aboard Turkish Airlines TK1097 at 17:40. Upon arrival at Tivat Airport at 18:30, we transfer to Budva with our private bus. After arriving, we start our walking tour of Budva’s panoramic city tour. After visiting the Old Town (Stari Grad) and the fortress, guests have free time for dinner. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: BudvaAfter breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Those who wish can join the optional Kotor – Porto Montenegro – Perast – Lady of the Rocks Boat Tour organized by our guide for an extra fee. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

In this full-day tour, our first stop is the historic coastal town Perast on the Adriatic coast. Known for its rich maritime history, Perast features historic buildings, churches, and stone houses from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Particularly, the Baroque-style buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries reflect the town's cultural richness. Guests are given free time to take photos and enjoy the scenery.
Then, by boat, we transfer to Lady of the Rocks Island located off the coast of Perast. Known locally as Gospa od Škrpjela, it is famous for its church built in the 17th century. Considered a sacred site where sailors pray and make wishes, according to legend, it grew over time after fishermen in the 15th century threw stones into the sea onto a small rock formation.
After visiting the island, we return to the mainland and proceed along the Bay of Kotor with our vehicle, arriving in Kotor. Since 1979, the historic Old Town surrounded by nearly 2000-year-old walls has been a UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour includes key sights such as St. Tryphon Cathedral, the Sea Gate with the Venetian Republic emblem, Flour Square with cafes and lively atmosphere, and Nikola Đurković Monument.
Our final stop is Porto Montenegro in Tivat, widely recognized as one of Europe's most luxurious marinas. Beyond being a typical marina, it is a prestigious complex with luxury residences, boutique shops, hotels, and cafes-restaurants. Guests have free time here. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Those interested can join the optional Lunch and Swimming Tour of the Adriatic Bays and Beaches (Sveti Stefan – Sveti Nikola – Ploce Beach). After the tour, we return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

On this enjoyable tour, we start by visiting the most beautiful bays and beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The first stop is Sveti Stefan Island, a symbol of Montenegro, ideal for photos. This island, now a luxury hotel complex, presents a postcard-like view. After that, we head to Sveti Nikola Island, known locally as Hawaii Island. Here, we have a swimming break near the caves. Then, we go to Ploce Beach, one of the most pristine beaches near Budva. We have lunch here and enjoy swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
At the designated time, we get on our boat and return to Budva, then to our hotel.
Day 4: BudvaAfter breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Those interested can join the optional Excursion to Virpazar – Lake Skadar – Stari Bar. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel.

Our first stop is Stari Bar, the ancient settlement in the coastal town of Bar. It boasts a rich history spanning Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman periods. Notable features include the medieval fortress, 9th-century remains, and stone streets. Guests can visit the Stari Bar Fortress if they wish. At a designated time, we head to Virpazar, a charming town on Lake Skadar, where guests can enjoy the lake views from cafes and restaurants.
Those interested can join the optional boat tour on Lake Skadar (additional fee of 20 EUR, detailed info provided by our guide before the visit). After the tour, we meet other guests and transfer to the hotel.
Day 5: Budva – IstanbulAfter breakfast, guests check out by 12:00 PM and have free time until the transfer to the airport as per the guide’s schedule. Then, we transfer to the airport. After completing baggage and passport procedures, we depart to Istanbul at 18:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1098. Arrival at Istanbul Airport marks the end of our tour.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from favorable prices for extra tours and Advantage Travel packages, the payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum participation of 15 persons. If fewer than 15 participate, prices may change or tours may be conducted via metro. Our guides may make changes to the extra tour dates while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where hotel names are not specified but only category information is provided, or if options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified 48 hours before the tour departure by your agency.
- Guides will meet guests at in-hotel locations; guiding services included in the package only cover panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers from/to the area. Extra tours will include guiding services; during these tours, different guides may accompany you.
- In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will notify 2 days before the departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in our programs are conducted for general city introduction, lasting maximum 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance tickets. The tours are panoramic, vehicle-based explanations.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if due to local authority decisions, places to visit or tours are closed, restrictions, or weather conditions, the tours cannot be conducted. Some tours may be replaced with public transportation or walking if access to certain sites or roads is restricted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- It is mandatory to communicate the tour program specified at reservation to guests, along with the general terms and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all these articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted to the destination country and/or airline flights may be denied. Responsibility for this rests with the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no obligation.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at border crossings with border police; if the country requires a visa, the visa must be transferred to the new passport. Responsibility for non-compliance is on the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Responsibility for non-compliance lies with the guest.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visas when deemed necessary; BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa refusal. Personal visa applications are at the passenger's own risk and responsibility. Clients accept these conditions upon booking.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the visa, which BTB TOURS provides during visa applications. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors or issues that prevent flights due to incorrect information on the visa.
- Applying for a visa personally (without an agency) typically takes 1 working day for documentation such as hotel confirmation and plane tickets. Guests should plan accordingly; BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by this.
- If the guest cancels the reservation or is unable to participate in the tour, visa and service fees are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa services through BTB TOUR Visa department and these were specified as additional services in the travel contract, BTB TOURS may refund the remaining amount after deducting the fees paid to the consulate (excluding visa fees) if the visa is not used within 1 week after the visa expiry date and the passport is submitted. No refund is provided if the visa was obtained independently or through another agency.
- Routes may vary depending on the arriving city. Flight times and aircraft types may change; hotels are subject to availability during high season or special periods, and different hotels may be provided. Passengers accept these risks and agree to buy the tour under these conditions.
- Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. Extra beds are smaller than standard beds. No guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; availability is subject to hotel capacity.
- Child discounts are only applicable when accompanied by 2 adults.
- The hotels offer continental breakfast, not traditional Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast typically includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the full name, date of birth, and passport number of the traveling passport. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Errors may result in cancellation or charges for changes, which are the guest's responsibility.
- All guests must have travel and health insurance valid from at least one day before departure to one day after the end of the tour. It is mandatory to carry the insurance policy. Lack of travel insurance may result in penalties imposed by local authorities, for which the guest is responsible.
- Due to diplomatic relations, entry or exit to certain countries may not be possible or visas may be denied, which are beyond BTB TOURS’s control. The parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.
- For economic and time efficiency, travelers who do not wish to participate in additional activities along the route accept to wait at a nearby location until the additional tour ends. After the tour, the bus will pick them up and continue the trip.
- City panoramic tours are organized for city promotion. They do not include entrance tickets to museums or archaeological sites. If weather conditions or other constraints prevent the tour, BTB TOURS will propose the best alternative available. Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 persons and may be cancelled or price may change if this is not met.
- If local authorities do not permit access or participation, such tours or activities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS is not responsible for cancellations or restrictions.
- Seats on flights are assigned as group seats, booked as a round-trip ticket. Missing the outbound flight may also cancel the return flight. Airline rules apply in such cases.
- Any last-minute delays or gate changes during flights are displayed at airport information screens. Passengers must follow these updates. If a flight is missed due to personal reasons or delays, the guest must purchase a new ticket if necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible. Missing the group’s flight might also result in missing part or all of the original program; responsibility is on the guest. If traveling via a different flight than the group, transfer arrangements are the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline seats to higher classes must do so after tickets are issued and if availability exists with the airline. Since our group seats are booked in advance, upgrade requests must include payment of the fare difference and are at the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets are usually issued a few days before departure.
- Passengers should check whether their mobile phone line is active internationally before leaving Turkey.
- Please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving transportation or hotels during your trip. Be cautious to avoid missing items.
- BTB Tours reserves the right to change the order of cities, flight routes, or modify the program content without changing the overall program in case of force majeure or necessity.
- BTB Tours has the right to change hotel names while keeping the category the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items left, lost, stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother, father, or a third person require a consent letter from both parents. Without this, the flight may not be conducted, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
