Day 2: Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh
Departure to Sharm El Sheikh on Turkish Airlines flight TK698 at 02:10. After arriving at 04:50 local time, we transfer to our hotel. After check-in, we settle into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.

You are invited to explore Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most significant reserve areas in the Red Sea, where you will closely observe pristine coral reefs and lively underwater life. You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can swim with snorkels accompanied by diving guides among the coral reefs. You will also stop at the naturally formed white sand island known as "White Island". Take photos here and take care of yourself with the sands believed to have healing properties. Lunch during the tour will be provided as a buffet. Beverages are included with the meal. Seasonal fruits will also be offered after the meal. *Buffet Menu: Salad Buffet + Grilled Chicken + Grilled Meatballs + Potato Croquettes + Rice + Pasta + Dessert. ** Masks, Fins, and Snorkels are not mandatory for participation in the tour, but those who wish can rent them before the tour starts. In the morning, after an early breakfast, we set off for Cairo, Mısır. After approximately a 6-hour enjoyable journey, we will arrive in Cairo in the afternoon and have the opportunity to see key tourist destinations during our panoramic city tour, including Cairo Citadel, Mohammed Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hasan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we check into our hotel and overnight stay.

On our dinner cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy our evening meal accompanied by live music while experiencing the lights and night views of Cairo. Day 6: Cairo - Hurghada
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we take off for the exotic vacation destination of Hurghada from Cairo, after approximately a 5-hour enjoyable journey, we will arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and check into our hotel. Guests can optionally join the additional tour scheduled for that evening. Overnight at our hotel.

Giftun, one of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. During our full-day boat trip, you can observe the underwater beauty while enjoying all the attractions of the island. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on our boat. Guests may optionally scuba dive for an extra fee subject to prior notice to our guide. The cost for sun loungers, umbrellas, and the National Park entrance fee are included in the price.

Meet at the time determined by our guide for the transfer to the airport. After arriving at the airport, we carry out the baggage and check-in process.

Witness many of the most significant works of mysterious Egyptian history in the Luxor area, which is only 3.5 hours from Hurghada. We will depart in the early morning from our hotel and return in the evening; during this tour, we will explore Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, the Nile Delta alongside our expert guide. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant during our tour. Lunch and museum entrance fees are included in this tour.
With Turkish Airlines, we will perform our flight to Istanbul at 05:45. Our arrival time will be at 08:35.

IMPORTANT NOTES

During the Mosque Visit; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be carried for mosque visits.

Important points to note during our Desert Safari tour; Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. It is advisable not to eat heavy meals before the tour and not to drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints and those who are pregnant must inform their guides about their conditions.

To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there might be changes in tour prices, or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.

In extra tours, prices may change based on the region's density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be applicable in extra tours.

Due to processing as VB in the tour program or in cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or available for alternative within the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agent 48 hours prior to the travel.

Our programs include guiding services only for panoramic city tours and return airport transfers. If extra tours are booked, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. Guests need to be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide for return transfers.

Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours prior in case of cancellation or changes to extra tours. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local provider.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days prior to the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are scheduled for the general promotion of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted with commentary from within the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances.

Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may not be conducted if local authorities close the visited sites on that specific day and time, due to any activities that close the roads along the route, or due to weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot where road closures or vehicle entry restrictions exist.

The guiding service on our programs occurs upon arrival at the designated airport. In return transfers, guests must be at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide.

The hotels specified in the program are subject to availability, and during high season or special periods, the situation may vary. Thus, another similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by currency differences. Old/Worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be possible with old-style currency that banks do not accept.

Due to the currency exchange rate being applied in the respective destinations, USD to EUR parity will also be applied in the purchase of extra tours.

Since our packaged tours are aimed at international travel, guests' foreign language skills are their own responsibility.
GENERAL TERMS

The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.

Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or their flights from Turkey may not be executed by the airline. In such case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.

To avoid issues with customs at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary that such passports are renewed, and if a T.C. citizen travels to a country requiring a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle becomes the responsibility of the guests.

BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS is not liable for any consequences.

When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary, it is the responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any mistakes on the visa that could prevent boarding.

The provision of documents required by guests who will apply for a visa on their own (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Our guests are required to arrange their appointment dates and times considering this time. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential inconveniences.

In the event that the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, there will be no refund of visa fee or service charge. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and if that visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the paid fees and other charges to the consulates, after demonstrating that they have not used the visa within a week of the visa's expiration with their passport. If the guest obtained the visa independently or with the assistance of another visa agency, and if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be issued to the guest.

There may be variations in routes, depending on the city where the plane lands. The plane type and time may change, and hotels may vary due to high season or special periods, and therefore, another similar hotel may be provided. The parties agree that these situations were announced at the time of contract.

Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. An additional bed is usually provided in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee for 3 separate beds, and if the hotel has an appropriate room, it will be blocked according to the availability.

Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.

The breakfast provided in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to inform and input the passenger's name-surname, date of birth, and passport number in the traveling passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.

All guests are required to have travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it through BTB TOURS. Guests are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. If guests are penalized by the local police for not having their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to international diplomatic relations, entry-exit to/from some countries may result in the inability to obtain visas for another one/multiple countries, or entry through the border gates may not be permitted. BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations as it is beyond their control.

To provide economical and timely benefit for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick these guests up at the end of the tour, and the tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are conducted to promote the cities. City tours and extra tours may occur on different days, provided the content does not change or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obligated to offer the most suitable alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or the price may change.

Tours for which local authorities do not allow visiting, for any reason, will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled as well. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.

Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. It is the guests' responsibility to follow this information. If a guest misses their flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, they must pay for their new ticket (if necessary as a round-trip) themselves. Additionally, if the guest misses the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if different flights are taken by the guest, they are responsible for their transfers between the airport-city or airport-hotel.

Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the specified airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, the requested ticket may need to be upgraded to an economy class ticket according to the airline’s price if available. The cost difference in this case is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the trip departs.

To use your cell phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator if your line is open for international calls/receiving before departing from Turkey.

During your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings when briefly or completely separating from the means of transport and accommodations you are using.

BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline used, provided the content of the program is not altered, in cases of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of the hotels as long as the category remains the same.

BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

Children under 18 who are traveling with their mother need to obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father need consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the failure to board due to lack of consent.
