Important Notice:
The Visa On Arrival Program is a fast-track simplified visa procedure provided by Greek authorities for Turkish citizens making short-term tourist visits to certain Greek islands.
The visa issued under this program does not have Schengen visa status. It is only valid for the specific Greek island being visited, issued for a maximum of 6 nights and 7 days with a single entry and exit. During the visa period, the traveler can remain only on the island they entered; inter-island travel is not permitted. The visit must conclude with exit from the same island.
The Visa On Arrival does not get approved beforehand.
After preparing the application file, the passenger departs from Turkish ports visa-free.
Final decision is given at the border point of the relevant Greek island on the day of travel.
Usually, information about approval is not provided prior to travel.
However, in some negative cases, notification of rejection may be received 2-3 days before the trip.
Rejection decisions are not explained.
Additionally, no visa fee refunds are provided for rejected applications.
---
Caution:
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from entry date and contain at least 2 blank pages.
The following travelers will not be issued a visa at the border:
- Those who have previously been refused entry by Greece.
- Those whose passports indicate entry to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
- Those who obtained their passports from the Turkish Consulate in the TRNC.
The Visa On Arrival is only valid for the island for which applied.
Travel to other islands is not possible.
**** Visa procedures will be carried out by kapidakolayvize.com.

General Information:
Our package tours are international, and travelers are responsible for their foreign language skills.
Before leaving Turkey, check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
During reservation/registration, accurately provide name, date of birth, passport number as written in the passport.
Ensure you have all your belongings when using transport and staying at hotels during the trip, especially when departing or briefly leaving.
The travel agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
It is mandatory to communicate the general conditions and obligations of the tour program to guests at the time of reservation.
The agency is not responsible for complaints arising from information provided during briefing; guests are deemed to have read and accepted all conditions beforehand.
In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names, or options are available for the same destination, hotel names will be announced by the agency at least 48 hours before the tour. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
Availability at hotels may vary during peak or special periods; alternative hotels of the same category may be provided, and guests accept and purchase the tour with this understanding.
Triple rooms are allocated based on hotel availability, with extra beds. The third bed is smaller than standard beds. Guarantees for 3 separate beds are not provided, but hotels may place blocks if suitable rooms are available.
Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
The guide on the tour will meet guests at the destination; the included guide service covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. Extra tours include guide assistance, which may involve different guides.
The panoramic city tours included involve brief descriptions of the city, not detailed museum or archaeological site visits.
If local authorities close tourist sites or roads due to events, weather, or other reasons, or if there are path restrictions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Alternative transportation or walking tours may be organized if possible.
Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance; refunds may vary depending on local supplier policies.
Extra tours are arranged with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum participation is not met, tours may be canceled or prices may change.
Passengers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date; otherwise, entry may be refused at border crossings, and guests are responsible.
Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago should be renewed to avoid issues at borders; damaged or worn passports can cause problems; the passenger is responsible, and the agency is not liable.
Due to diplomatic relations, some countries may restrict entry or exit despite previous travel, which is beyond the agency's control.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate; if a visa is denied, the agency bears no responsibility.
All travelers must carry valid international travel and health insurance starting one day before and ending one day after the tour, and have the insurance policy document with them; failure to do so may result in fines from local authorities.
Children under 18 traveling with only one parent or a third party must have notarized consent from absent parent(s). The absence of this document may prevent participation, and the agency is not responsible.
If a passenger cancels or does not participate in the tour, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
These conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
