IMPORTANT NOTES
The services included in the price vary depending on the package type purchased by the guest. Package types must be purchased during the tour reservation. They cannot be changed after reservation. Ask for prices and availability for domestic flights. Extra tour prices listed in the tour program are per person. Extra tours on the route are held with a minimum participation of 6 people. Guests who do not wish to participate are left at rest stops, rest facilities, etc. In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc., in the cities, accommodation outside the city may be arranged. In such cases, the hotel area will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before departure. Visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where maximum stay is planned. Otherwise, entry into the country may be denied by border control. The agent is not responsible for any entry restrictions. In case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect information will result in the cancellation or modification of the flight tickets at the guest's expense. Flight times may change before departure; all times should be verified by calling the main office at least 48 hours before departure. The city of arrival may differ from the scheduled city. The airline may change times or cause delays, and the agency is not responsible for such changes. Guests who do not verify flight times and routes before the flight are responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights. Group tickets are governed by airline rules; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. The total baggage weight allowance for flights from Turkey is generally 20kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination. Domestic flights within visited countries may have reduced allowances (e.g., 15kg). Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agent. If the number of participants in the tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled at least 21 days before, and the customer will be informed. The itinerary may vary due to changes in the tour route or conditions. The indicated route is an example and may be subject to change. City tours are often scheduled according to the arrival times and may be moved to the following days if necessary. Tours listed in the program may be conducted on different days or at different times at the guide's discretion for any valid reason. Extra tours on the route will be realized with a minimum of 6 participants. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at stops and resting points. During peak seasons such as fairs, congresses, seminars, etc., accommodations may be outside the city. The visited places are subject to permission from local authorities; no sightseeing or tours are conducted without approval. Alternative tours with a minimum of 20 participants may be organized; for fewer participants, activities may be canceled or modified at the guide's discretion, and prices may change accordingly. The agent is not responsible for the inability to conduct such activities. Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices. The agent reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same. All hotel names in the program are placeholders (e.g., V.B.) and are intended for example purposes regarding star ratings and distance indications. The actual stay may be at different hotels. In triple rooms, extra beds are smaller than standard beds or are fold-out beds. Yatak tipi requests depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed prior to the tour departure date. Torn or worn passports cannot be used for entry. For visa applications, a minimum of 6 months valid passport and complete documentation as specified in the document list provided by our agencies must be submitted in writing to the agency at least 1 month prior to the departure date. In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc., in the cities, accommodation outside the city may be arranged. In such cases, the hotel location will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the departure. Visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country of maximum stay. Otherwise, entry may be denied by border authorities. The agent is not responsible for entry refusals due to visa issues. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The agent acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the consulate; it is not responsible if the visa is denied, delayed, or contains errors. Extra tours scheduled along the route will be realized with at least 6 participants. Guests not participating will be left at rest stops. During busy periods, accommodations may be outside the city. Sites that are prohibited by local authorities from visiting will not be included; alternative activities require a minimum of 20 participants and may be adjusted for fewer participants at guide’s discretion, with possible price changes. The agent is not responsible for the inability to conduct such activities. Entrance fees to museums and sites are not included. The agent reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining star ratings and distance indications.
