Day 2 MOSCOW
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an extra tour to explore Moscow Metro, Arbat Street, Nizami-Kahmet Cemetery and the Kremlin (EUR 125). During the metro tour, you will visit stations decorated with artworks, motifs, and mosaics that rival art galleries, sample the finest of Russian and international cuisines at stylish cafes reminiscent of Paris, and observe the lively local life. The Moscow Metro, initiated by Stalin in 1931, is considered the most beautiful in the world in terms of interior design and decoration, despite its size comparable to New York, Paris, or London metros. The Arbat Street, which runs through the heart of Moscow, is a pedestrian-only street, popular among both locals and visitors. You can explore its colorful shop windows, taste delicious dishes from Russian and global cuisines. Afterwards, we will visit the grave of the great poet Nazim Hikmet. Enjoy some free time for lunch, then start our Kremlin tour. Built in the 12th century, the Moscow Kremlin is also a symbol of Russia. During the tour, you will see nine churches within the palace gardens, the Bell Tower with 156 bells, the Tsar Bell weighing 201,924 kg made of over two tons of silver and 25 kg of gold, the 15-ton cannon from 1586 that was never fired, and artillery shells weighing one ton. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 MOSCOW
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an extra tour to Husky Park for sled riding (EUR 150). After approximately an hour's journey from Moscow, we will arrive at the Husky Park, where we will spend time with these adorable companions, who hold a significant place in Russian culture. Huskies, resembling wolves, are among the friendliest dog breeds. They never harm humans, do not bite or show aggression, and are not suitable as guard dogs. However, sledding with huskies is an unparalleled and joyful experience for both people and dogs. Huskies love to run, and this physical activity is also beneficial for their health. A typical sled team consists of five or six dogs led by an experienced leader dog. We will participate in this marvelous experience—playing with, feeding the huskies, and going on a sled tour led by them. After the activity, transfer back to our hotel in Moscow. Hotel stay.
