DAY 1 ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (All Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottom Boat, ATV Desert Safari and City Tour Included)
04:35 AM We recommend you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
07:35 AM We depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 618.
10:15 AM Arrival. After the necessary procedures, we leave for the Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour (included in your package). The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life, featuring colorful corals and diverse exotic fish. During this enjoyable tour, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (If you wish, you can pay an extra fee to make this tour much more enjoyable and comfortable with SeaScope/Submarine.) After our tour, we transfer to the hotel and check in. Your hotel accommodation operates on an All-Inclusive basis. After lunch, we leave our hotel for the Desert ATV and Bedouin Camp Tour. In this trip, you will be able to witness the magnificent views of the sunset in the desert, which continues with a visit to the Bedouin Camp. (The 10 USD cost for the scarf, glasses, and water is not included in the price. You can also pay an extra fee to switch to a single ATV or use a Buggy or Spider.) Following this, we start our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). We will visit lively points of the city such as the El Dahr Region, the attraction center Marina, the resort famous Sahl Hasheesh Region, the city’s most important religious building Al Mina Mosque, the significant temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where seafood caught in the fertile waters of the Red Sea is sold fresh.
DAY 2 HURGHADA (All Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included)
After receiving specially prepared breakfast packages from our hotel, we head to Luxor very early in the morning by our private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure a safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest of which is 5 years old, using two drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea, coffee service along with FREE WIFI internet access. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package), we will see the Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of III. Amenhotep, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, Corniche, and the Nile River on the East bank of Luxor and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs' Era that spans thousands of years. Continuing the trip, we will conduct our Karnak Temple Tour, known as the "never-ending temple" due to each succeeding Pharaoh adding to its construction, which is the most significant religious structure of the Pharaohs' Era. (The entrance fee is included.) We will take a shopping break at an Alabaster Shop where handmade souvenirs made from alabaster, one of Egypt’s world-renowned natural stones, are sold. After that, you will have free time until the evening. (If you wish, you can pay an extra fee to participate in the Lunch-Included West Luxor Tour.) At the end of the tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You can have your late dinner at the buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since it is mandatory to travel in convoy to and from Luxor, you must adhere to the times specified by our guide. If you are not at the departure point by the specified time, you may have to travel to and from Luxor on your own.
DAY 3 HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the rooms and having breakfast, we transfer to Cairo by our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Information: We ensure a safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest of which is 5 years old, using two drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea, coffee service along with FREE WIFI internet access. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will explore major parts of the city including Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sadat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Zamalek Island. After that, we will provide free time in the center. (If you wish, you can pay an extra fee to join a Nile boat cruise with dinner and show in Khan el Khalili Bazaar.) After the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check into the rooms.
DAY 4 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Temple of Khafre Valley and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, we check out of the rooms. We depart from our hotel for one of the most exciting places of our tour, the Pyramids, Temple of Khafre Valley, and Sphinx Tour. (The entrance fee is included.) During this tour, you will be amazed by the architectural features of the Pyramids, one of the 7 wonders of the world that have stood the test of time and by the technology and facilities available thousands of years ago to create them. You will be led by our guide to the Panorama Hill, Temple of Khafre, Sphinx, Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Menkaure, and Pyramid of Khafre. (The entrance tickets to the tunnels within the pyramids are not included and we do not recommend going inside.) After the tour, we will visit a Papyrus Shop where you can see and learn about the production stages of the Papyrus papers, which were one of the most important products of the Pharaohs' Era. Next, we will stop by a Natural Oils and Perfume Shop which dates back to the Pharaohs' Era to complete our shopping. After the tour, you will have free time. Returning to the hotel is free. The transfer to the airport will be at the time determined by our guide. (Guests wishing may pay an extra fee to participate in the Lunch-Included tour of the new Grand Museum/GEM.)
DAY 5 CAIRO- ISTANBUL
03:35 AM We depart for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 583.
05:45 AM Arrival in Istanbul.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 -You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. Scheduled flights from other airlines may be used on some dates. We are not responsible for the domestic flight tickets you purchased and arranged without confirmation. Our liability is limited to domestic tickets purchased by us.
2 -Our guide and company may change the flow of the tour program while keeping the content the same.
3 -The cancellation and refund of extra services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt are not possible. If purchased with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to extra services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy to safeguard against any mishaps; since the necessary reservations have been made and paid to service providers, there is nothing more our company can do in this situation. Individual purchases are subject to List Prices.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

* In groups of 8 and under, a minibus is used.
5- The tour, bus, and flight routes may change without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be achieved. If these numbers are not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B- The tour can be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional cost (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is less, the difference will be refunded.
2- Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour:
A- If a health issue is confirmed by a doctor's report for the guest and/or anyone sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is less, the difference will be refunded.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the departure of the tour will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount. If the discount on the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is less, the difference will be refunded.
C- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D- Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to join the tour at another location using their own means. If they prefer not to do this, or if this is not possible due to the tour's content, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours take guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn when the vehicle will arrive. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour and cannot be deemed a reason for cancellation; therefore, if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the departure times during free times and breaks given during the tour. If the guest is late, if the flow of the tour is not affected, it is at our personnel's discretion to wait for a reasonable time or to continue. In the opposite case, the guest can continue the tour by using their own means to arrive at the next point or return to the hotel using their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3- YOU ARE IN OUR PROTECTION: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are based on the balance of price/quality and our many years of experience in Egypt and are certified by the International Tourism Standards and the Egyptian Authorities. In case of incomplete and/or defective service in our tours and activities; since your experience with us in Egypt is continuously monitored, any arising issues can be resolved through immediate interventions and/or full or partial refunds may be provided depending on the issue. Refunds for discounted packages will be the net amount paid after deducting the discount from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, and delays due to technical faults.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health concerns, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities may carry some risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations that may arise. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow our personnel's warnings, adhere to the given safety equipment and wear it when necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately when visiting places of religious significance. Our company takes no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to inappropriate clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuit, snorkel equipment, sunblock, scarf, shawl, borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- Food allergies or other allergies, as well as special dietary needs due to health reasons, must be reported to our guide. We must inform you that we may not always be able to meet these special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9- We strongly advise you not to consume open water or other beverages, eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, or consume unpackaged foods sold openly outside during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10- Like any cautious individual, we especially recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
