IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas provided that passports and required documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control has the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Hotels may have additional bed arrangements in triple rooms; thus, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there are no additional bed arrangements. The AGENCY will inform guests about this during the sales process for packages that include such hotels.
• Child prices are only valid if children are accommodated as the 3rd and 4th person in the same room and cabin with their parents. In the application for children aged 0-2, the child must not be older than 2 years on the return date of the tour. In the application for children aged 3-12, the child must not be older than 12 years on the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If there is insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will inform its guests about the cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• There is a baggage allowance of 20 kg for domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized subject to a certain participation requirement. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is inadequate, prices may be revised by the guide, and new arrangements can be made.
• For extra tours conducted along the route, guests who do not participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that are prohibited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In cases of cancellation and change, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
• Two of the evening meals during the cruise are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male guest participating meets the minimum requirement of having at least one suit, and ladies should have at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal on the ship to the last dinner, everyone will sit in predetermined places.
• During check-in on the ship, each passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash when taking the cabin keys at the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The euro currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored baggage tags for all our group's suitcases will be delivered along with your cruise tickets. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late evening on the first departure day. This is a situation that absolutely falls under the ship's responsibility due to the density and crowd. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items you will need on the first day in a small carry-on bag.
• The departure times of the ship must absolutely be adhered to. At ports, entry to the ship must be made at least 60 minutes before the departure time of the ship. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such a case, our agency will not be responsible.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage and attach the previously provided tags to your cabins the night before, leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00.00. After the disembarkation process, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is.
