Day 1 ISTANBUL – CATANIA – PALERMO
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After the luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we board the Turkish Airlines flight to Catania. Upon arrival, we proceed to our private bus waiting at the airport. Then we depart for our city tour of Palermo. The sites to be seen include Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, Palazzo Normanni, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma, and Via Liberta streets. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 2 PALERMO – ERICE – CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO – MONREALE – PALERMO
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Erice & Castellammare del Golfo & Monreale tour. Erice is an UNESCO protected medieval town located on the summit of the mountain that shares its name, known for its walls, courtyard stone houses, and narrow streets. After the tour, we head to Castellammare del Golfo. Despite being a small fishing town, it has become one of the famous towns on the island. In our city tour here, we will see its long coastline and Aragonese Castle. Following this, we move on to Monreale. The Monreale Cathedral, famous for its mosaic decorations and built in the 12th century, along with the Norman Palace, shopping street, and Vittorio Emmanuel square will be among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Palermo and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 3 PALERMO – CEFALU – CATANIA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Cefalu tour. Located to the east of Palermo on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Cefalu, with its narrow streets, houses from the Middle Ages, and turquoise waters along its lengthy beach, is one of Sicily's most important tourist centers. It is also a typical fishing village where we will see the famous Cathedral built in the 12th century and the historical laundry from Roman times. After the tour, we head to Catania. Upon arrival, we will have a city tour of Catania. The sites we will visit during our tour include Duomo Cathedral, Fontana dell'elefante, Piazza Repubblica, and Etna Street. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 4 CATANIA – TAORMINA – SAVOCA – ETNA – CATANIA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Taormina & Savoca & Etna tour. We will explore Taormina, one of Italy's most elegant tourist centers, famous for its magnificent gardens, villas, flower-adorned streets, and small shops, and we will visit the Greco-Roman theater, which has become the symbol of Taormina. Next, we visit Savoca, a charming village known to cinema lovers. This village, which UNESCO has listed as "one of the most beautiful villages in Italy," has hosted unforgettable scenes from The Godfather film. We will see iconic points such as Bar Vitelli, where Al Pacino’s character Michael Corleone’s wedding scene was filmed, and the historic church. Afterward, we watch the sunset over Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano. We are captivated by the mystical phenomenon of Etna under the orange hues of the sunset, surrounded by houses and vast forests enveloped in lava. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Catania and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 5 CATANIA – SIRACUSA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out. We then depart for the Siracusa tour. The temple of Apollo in Siracusa was converted into a church during the late periods of the Roman Empire and the Byzantine Empire and was used as a mosque during the Arab Sicilian Emirate. Siracusa is also known as the place where the famous scientist Archimedes lived. We then transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will board our Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. Our tour and services conclude upon arrival at Istanbul Airport.

The participant agrees that they will join the tours specified in the program and will not disrupt the program, and thus accepts in advance that they will pay the amounts previously specified in the tour program for local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes, and any audio system costs during the travel to the tour official. The participant has been fully and comprehensively informed about this matter.
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation by the deadline 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be reported to you through your agency.
• In cases where information is given only in terms of category and/or there are options for the same destination without specifying names, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the travel departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the travel departure.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are only conducted with the narration of the guide from inside the vehicle, not including admissions to museums and archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, in case local authorities do not allow visits, or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads or for any event, or if the tours become impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in areas where vehicle access is restricted or not permissible.
• Triple rooms can be assigned according to the hotel's availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. As the extra beds consist of folding and sofa beds, tour participants accept that they acknowledge the possible congestion and bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child meeting the age group, staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and can be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
• Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
• It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking a domestic flight. If the guest has purchased a domestic connecting flight from a product provider independent of the agency, in the event of cancellation of the trip by the agency or changes in the times, the guest cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or change of the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
• According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of airplane tickets purchased as round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Guests included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point independently and without any delays. Otherwise, they will be responsible for providing all their transfers on their own.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated according to the airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete these processes on time but cannot board the plane. All expenses related to the procurement of new round trip flight tickets necessary for guests who miss the flight to join the tour and other transfers in the region, etc., will be their responsibility.
• Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
• In cases of illness, lost theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
• When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to accurately provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
• In some airlines, meals and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
• During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
• During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests refer to the time the vehicle will start moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle. In any case of delay, the late guest will have to arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
• Optional tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the trips cannot be made or the prices, contents, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Also, the days and times of the tours may change according to the opening/closing conditions of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and the weather conditions, and can be changed by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
• In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation is voluntary and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours accept to wait at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay for museum & archaeological site entrance fees at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the current trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details can change.
VISA
• There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. It is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion and the documents listed in the "Required Documents for Visa" list provided by our agency.
• The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry into the tour or the country where most accommodation will take place.
• For green passport holders, no visa is required, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
• The visa information indicated in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than Turkish citizenship must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
• Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the immigration officer has the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
• To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passbooks; it is necessary to renew obtained passports, and if applicable, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• We recommend that passengers under 18, traveling alone or with only one parent, be prepared to show a document of mutual consent from both parents, as it may be asked by the police during country entry-exit.
