Day 1 ISTANBUL – OSAKA
We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight (the day before the flight date). We complete our baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures.
Day 2 OSAKA
Our flight to Osaka with Turkish Airlines begins. Upon our arrival, we will transfer to our hotel in Osaka with our private vehicle waiting at the airport and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 3 OSAKA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for a panoramic city tour of Osaka. During our tour, we will see Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and playing a significant role in the unification of the Japanese nation, and the Umeda Sky Building, composed of two structures that are 173 meters long. The Umeda Sky Building is a magnificent high-rise located near Osaka and Umeda stations. The building, which is 173 meters tall, is comprised of two towers connected by the "Floating Garden Observatory" on the 39th floor. The observatory offers breathtaking views of the city from its windows and open-air deck. Later in the evening, on our journey back to the hotel, we will witness a captivating cityscape illuminated by Osaka’s decorated streets and the silhouettes of modern buildings. Colorful signs, shining street lamps, and the vibrant city atmosphere will add a visual feast to our journey. Transfer to our hotel in Osaka and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 4 OSAKA – NARA DEER PARK – TODAIJI TEMPLE – DOTONBURI & SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Nara tour. We start our tour with Todai-ji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was established to be the head of all Buddhist temples. Over time, its influence grew to the point of affecting politics in the 8th century. Todai-ji's main hall is also recorded in the Guinness World Records as the world's largest wooden structure. The impressive building houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterward, we visit Nara Deer Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, the park is home to a significant number of Nara's main attractions, including Todai-ji, Kasuga-taisha, Kofuku-ji, and the Nara National Museum. It also hosts hundreds of freely roaming deer. The fact that deer are regarded as messengers of the gods in Japanese mythology makes this area special, both visually and culturally. While wandering in the park, you will have the chance to create unforgettable memories and take photos with the curious deer approaching you. Following this, we will tour Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi, a popular nightlife, shopping, and entertainment district characterized by its eccentric atmosphere and large illuminated signs, historically a theater district. Afterward, we will transfer back to our hotel in Osaka and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 5 OSAKA – KOBE – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KIYOMIZUDERA TEMPLE – GION – KYOTO
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our Kobe city tour, starting with the refreshing atmosphere of Meriken Park. We will then take a photo break in front of the famous Kobe Tower before heading up to the Kitano district to explore the streets lined with old foreign residences. Following that, we will enjoy a delightful tour in the Nunobiki Botanical Gardens, immersed in nature. After this tour, we will head to Kyoto for our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only city in Japan that was not bombed. The city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will start our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, welcomed by a 500-meter walking path. During our walk along the path, you will enjoy the pleasant sounds of the wind among the bamboos and have the chance to take photos of the forest. After some free time, we will have a panoramic view of Ryoanji Temple, a Zen temple known for Japan’s most famous rock garden. Originally an aristocratic villa during the Heian Period, it was converted into a Zen temple in 1450. An interesting feature of the garden design is that at least one of the rocks is always concealed from the viewer from any vantage point. Afterward, we will tour Kiyomizudera (Pure Water) Temple, located where the Otowa Waterfall is found, established in 780 in the wooded hills east of Kyoto, the name derived from its pure waters in autumn. After this, we will transfer to Gion, Kyoto’s most famous geisha district, located between Yasaka Shrine to the east and the Kamo River to the west, along Shijo Boulevard. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Kyoto and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 6 KYOTO – GINZA – SHIBUYA – TOKYO
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Kyoto train station. We arrive in Tokyo via high-speed train. Upon our arrival, we will head to Ginza, the most renowned luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district in Tokyo, which hosts many shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes. From 1612 to 1800, the current Ginza area was the site of a silver coin mint, hence the name Ginza meaning "silver mint" in Japanese. During our tour, we will break for lunch. Afterward, we visit Shibuya, one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in Japan, located in one of the most crowded areas of the city due to its proximity to business and shopping centers. Following our tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Tokyo and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Note: On the day of the tour, you need to bring a small bag for a day when departing from the hotel in the morning. All other luggage you leave at the hotel will be transferred from Kyoto to the hotel in Tokyo.
Day 7 TOKYO – OSHINO HAKKAI – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – ASHI LAKE – OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Oshino Hakkai tour. Oshino Hakkai is a Japanese village hidden in the heart of nature at the foot of Mount Fuji. This picturesque village, where crystal clear spring waters bloom in eight sacred ponds, offers traditional Japanese houses, bamboo bridges, and the silhouette of Mount Fuji; providing an experience of tranquility, peace, and the depth of Japanese culture. After this tour, we will continue to our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. At 3776 meters high, Mount Fuji became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2013 and is known for its elegant conical form. It is a sacred symbol of the country and there are temples and shrines surrounding and atop the volcano. Weather permitting, you will be able to observe the magnificent view of Mount Fuji above the clouds from its fifth station, finding yourself in a wonderful ambiance. Next, we will head to Hakone. Among the most distinctive features of Hakone town is its unique view of Mount Fuji, which it is very close to. Here, we will have a boat tour on Lake Ashi to enjoy this incredible view with our guests. Afterward, we will head to the outlet. Gotemba Premium Outlet is a large outlet shopping center located in Gotemba city in Shizuoka Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Fuji. Opened in 2000, this center is one of the largest outlets in Japan, featuring 290 stores. You can shop as you wish during our time at the outlet and enjoy your free time. Afterward, we will transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 8 TOKYO – AKIHABARA – NAKAMISE SHOPPING ARCADE – TOKYO
After breakfast at the hotel, we will continue our tour with a visit to Akihabara, one of Tokyo's most internationally famous neighborhoods. Today, Akihabara is known for the prominent anime and manga symbols found in the shops in the area, and shortly after World War II, it became a major shopping center for electronic home appliances and wartime black market goods. After some free time for lunch, we will proceed with our Nakamise & Shopping Arcade tour. While on the shopping street, you can buy typical Japanese souvenirs such as various kimonos and folding fans or taste some traditional local snacks from the Asakusa region. After our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 9 TOKYO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to Tokyo Airport for our flight to Istanbul. After completing baggage, passport, and ticket procedures, we will take our flight with Turkish Airlines. Our tour and services conclude with our arrival at Istanbul New Airport.
Transfers between Kyoto and Tokyo will be done by train for faster and easier transportation. During these transfers, guests are required to bring a small day bag before leaving the hotel in the mornings for a comfortable journey and to avoid carrying their luggage. The remaining items will be transferred to the hotel, and this luggage transfer service takes 1 day.
On the last day, due to the early flight time, breakfast may be provided as a breakfast box.
Hotel rooms in Japan are mostly Twin (two separate single beds). Guests who purchase our tour are considered to accept this rule.
Due to the small square footage of hotel rooms, Triple (3 adults) accommodation is not available.
