Day 1 ISTANBUL – MILAN
After completing your luggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we will fly to Milan with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. (It is recommended to arrive at the airport three hours before your flight to complete passport control and ticket/luggage procedures in time.) After arriving in Milan, we will transfer to the city with our private bus awaiting us at the airport. We will start our program with a city tour of Milan. As one of Europe's fashion capitals, Milan is also known for its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art. Although it is the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experiences. During our tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, La Galleria where you can shop from many famous brands, and Porta Romana, followed by some free time. After our tour, we will transfer to your hotel in Milan and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 2 MILAN – VENICE
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards Venice. We will have a photo break with a view of Lake Garda in Peschiera on the way During our tour in Venice, there will be narration on the Vaporetto, and we will see the main iconic structures such as San Marco Square, San Marco Basilica, the Doge’s Palace designed and used as a symbol of glory and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanille Bell Tower. After our tour, we will transfer to your hotel in Venice. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 3 VENICE – FLORENCE
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Florence. During the city tour, we will see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, which immediately catches attention with its orange dome and is the 4th largest church in Europe. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is the bronze door depicting stories of prophets mentioned in the Old Testament of the Bible (the Baptistery door- the Gate of Heaven). We will also see Giotto's Bell Tower, which was once used to summon the people to parliament, the Piazza della Signoria, which has been the political and social center of Florence for centuries and is home to Michelangelo's famous David statue, and the historic Ponte Vecchio famous for its antique and jewelry shops. Day 4 SAN GIMIGNANO – PIENZA – OUTLET – ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards San Gimignano & Pienza. San Gimignano: A medieval city from the 14th century surrounded by walls, famous for having the world's best ice cream makers and for its porcini and truffle cheeses. Then, we will head to Pienza, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and considered one of the finest examples of Renaissance town planning. In this quaint Tuscan town where Pope Pius II was born and rebuilt with the understanding of an "ideal city", we will enjoy a nice walk with views of Pienza Cathedral, Palazzo Piccolomini, and the Val d'Orcia. After free time in Pienza, we will move for an outlet visit for shopping. After our tour, we will transfer to your hotel in Rome and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 5 ROME – VATICAN (San Pietro)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move to St. Peter's Square in the Vatican, considered the center of Christianity. After arriving, we will have free time for the Basilica and Square visit, and then we will move for a city tour of Rome. During the city tour, we will see Castel Sant'Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum that hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain famous from the movie Sweet Life, and the Spanish Steps which has a sunken boat fountain and consists of 135 steps. Day 6 ROME – ORVIETO – PISA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move for our Orvieto tour. Originally settled by the Etruscans who came from Western Anatolia in 493 BC, we will carry out our tour of the world heritage city of Orvieto, which Napoleon failed to conquer. Then we will move for our Pisa tour. Pisa is famous for its Leaning Tower, considered one of the most important historical monuments in the world. During the panoramic tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cathedral, baptistery, and Miracoli Square, and those who wish can take countless photos in this historic city.After our tour, we will transfer to your hotel in Pisa and have free time to rest. Day 7 PISA – PORTOFINO – COMO – MILAN
After breakfast at the hotel, we will move for a boat tour in Portofino. Afterwards, we will proceed for our Como Tour. We will see Lake Como, which is famous for hosting the holiday homes of Hollywood stars and European billionaires, known for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Milan and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast, you will check out of your rooms, transfer to the airport at the time indicated by your guide, and depart to Istanbul airport with the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. After arriving at Istanbul airport, the end of our tour and our services.

Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If adequate participation is not achieved, the agency will notify you at least 21 days prior to the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you via your agency.
When the tour program only specifies category information without naming specific hotels and/or if options for the same destination are available, the hotels will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified distance in kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour departure.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and do not include entrance to museums or sites. These are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted mainly through the guidance of a driver. The agency is not responsible for any tours that may not take place due to local authority restrictions prohibiting entry, closed roads due to any events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is restricted.
Triple rooms can be assigned according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds can be in the form of sofa beds or similar, causing potential tightness in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations, which the tour participant acknowledges and accepts. Child discounts are valid for one child of appropriate age staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 years in hotels.
Breakfasts taken in the hotel included in the tour program are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country and usually consist of a limited menu described as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may vary. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency during the tour information process.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without having a domestic flight. If the guest has booked a domestic connection flight independently from the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in the event of cancellation by the agency or time changes. The guest accepts in advance any possible material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or changes of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
According to airline rules; if the outbound flight ticket is not used for round-trip purchased tickets, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Guests without flights included in the tour are required to be present at the start point of the tour without any delay. In the event of a delay, all transfers will need to be handled by them personally.
For participation in the tour, guests who are not present at the specified airport at the stated times according to airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete those processes but fail to board the aircraft, cannot hold the agency responsible for their failure to fly. Guests missing the flight will bear all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area.
Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities. The agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during the delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
In cases of illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually due to the integrity and continuity of the group being paramount.
It is mandatory to provide the correct names, dates of birth, and passport numbers as per the passport during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
Some airlines may charge for food and drink services, as well as online check-in.
During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed.
During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests refer to the time the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring the equal rights of all guests, will not wait and will move the vehicle at designated meeting times. In cases where a guest is late, they must arrange their transportation to the next stop independently.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing the service with a minimum of 20 person attendance. If sufficient number is not achieved, the tours cannot be conducted or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary based on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed conditions of museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at an available rest area on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the spot after the tour is completed.
For programs where extra tours are included, entry fees for museums & sites must be paid to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955. There may be delays with scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the actual trip and flight. The agency is obligated to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
Citizens of the Republic of Turkey are subject to visa application. It is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion along with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list from our agency.
Visas must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or from the country where the most accommodation will take place.
Green passport holders are not subject to visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
The visa information provided in the program is applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests who hold a passport from a country other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as passport control has the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
In order to avoid issues with custom police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; the renewal of acquired passports is required and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
Guests under the age of 18 are advised to be cautious while traveling alone or with just one parent, as they may be asked to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents by the police officer at country entry-exit points.
