• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not provided for the trip, the agency will notify you with the last cancellation notice 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be announced to you through your agency.
• In cases where the program indicates only category information without specifying names and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the trip.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are maximum 2-3 hours and are held for the general introduction of the cities, conducted with a guide's narrative only from the vehicle, excluding entry to museums and ruins. The agency is not responsible for any tours that cannot be conducted due to local authority restrictions, closed roads, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours can be conducted using public transport or on foot where vehicle access is restricted.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are either folding beds or coach beds, tour participants accept this condition regarding the potential discomfort of sharing the room with the 3rd person and/or child when making reservations. Child discounts are applicable for one child who complies with the age group staying with two adults. There is no bed guarantee for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
• Breakfasts included in the tour are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally continental, consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
• Since the tour flights are group tickets, the flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with tour information.
• It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before taking a domestic flight. If the guest has purchased their domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider, they cannot demand any refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or any change in times. The guest accepts in advance that they will bear any financial and moral losses arising from the cancellation or changes of the tour when purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
• According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket is not used, the return flight will be cancelled by the airline.
• Guests not included in the tour must arrange to be present at the starting point of the tour on their own and without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers independently.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or do check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
• Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs, and the agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of forgotten items being found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the individual, and any costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
• In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually due to the integrity and continuity of the group.
• It is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport when purchasing the tour. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
• In some airlines, food and drink services and online check-in may incur an additional charge.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed in bus usage during the tour.
• The times communicated by our guide to the guests during our tours are regarded as the time for the vehicle to start moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at the meeting times and will start moving the vehicle. In case of any delay, the guest who is late should make their own arrangements to reach the next stop.
• Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people by the local agency providing the service. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place or the prices, content, or vehicles used for the extra excursions may change according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and ruins to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
• Extra tours included in the classic packages are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour will be deemed to accept to wait at an available resting facility along the route. These passengers will be left at the roadside resting facility before the extra tour begins and will be collected from the same location after the tour is completed.
• In programs that include extra tours, it is mandatory to pay for museum & ruin entry fees either at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before existing trips and flights. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
