Day 1 ISTANBUL – BALI
We meet at Istanbul Airport’s international departure terminal three hours before our flight (one calendar day before the departure date). After completing the baggage, ticket, and boarding formalities, we start our flight to Bali with Turkish Airlines. We spend our night on the plane.
Day 2 BALI
Upon our arrival at Bali, Indonesia's most visited island famous for its beaches, we proceed to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel.
Day 3 BALI
After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off with our guests for a Full Day Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano tour. During this full-day tour, we will closely experience Bali’s impressive culture, handicrafts, picturesque rice fields, traditional villages, and the breathtaking Batur Volcano and its lake. Our first stop is in Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art. Here, we will watch artists as they work intricate designs into wooden blocks. After Mas Village, we head to Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave which dates back to the 11th century. Next, we will go to the cool mountains of Kintamani for our lunch. We will first observe and photograph Batur Volcano as it drops down to the valley beside Batur Lake. We enjoy our lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view after the meal. On our way back, we stop by the Holy Water Spring, which is believed to have magical healing powers. Our tour continues in Ubud Village, the artistic heart of Bali. Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud Art Market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations are among the spots we will visit. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time to rest.
Day 4 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off with our guests for a Full Day Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple Tour we head off. We begin by visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. This area has been under UNESCO protection since 2012 and is a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, we continue our journey towards Bedugul, located in the highlands of Bali. While Bedugul is part of Bali, it is completely different from its counterparts. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a climate that is entirely different from other areas of the island. After enjoying our lunch at a local restaurant surrounded by lush forests in Bedugul, we will see the Bratan Lake and the Ulundanu Beratan Temple that is a symbol of Bali. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for free time to relax.
Day 5 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mengiat Beach located in the Nusa Dua area. You can swim in the blue sea with white sandy beaches formed by ocean corals, relax on the sunbed while having a foot massage, or enjoy a refreshing coconut drink while savoring the sea, sand, and sun. After our beach tour, we head for dinner at Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant. While watching the sunset on the beach, we enjoy our seafood dinner. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel.
Day 6 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off with our guests for Lunch Included Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest tour. After visiting the Royal Temple in Kapal Village, the monkey forest where approximately 300 monkeys are believed to reside, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock above the ocean, we proceed to the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant featuring Indonesian cuisine. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sunset in Bali. Free time for sunbathing. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel.
Day 7 BALI – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and have free time until the transfer time indicated by your guide. We then transfer to the airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs formalities, we board our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Overnight on the plane.
Day 8 ISTANBUL
Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
For local service providers in Bali (Local Guides, Bus drivers, Waiters, Porters, and Bellboys), a fee of 50 EUR per person will be paid to your guide during the tour.

It is strictly prohibited to leave hotels. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist areas are closed. Noise must be kept to a minimum, and lights should be dimmed. This day is a time for spiritual cleansing and meditation. Nyepi Day will be on March 19, 2026. During stays that coincide with this date, you will need to spend time at your hotel. Planning must be done with this day in mind.

For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed prior to the travel date. Torn and worn-out passports are not accepted for entry.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the complete documents specified in the visa-required documents list, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month prior to the travel date.
In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be made outside the guaranteed distance and region. In such cases, the hotel area will be communicated to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or from the country with the longest stay; otherwise, our AGENCY will not be responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
The AGENCY acts only as an intermediary between the client and the consulate, and will not be liable for any reason for the rejection of the visa, failure to receive it, and/or any errors in the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from the AGENCY in any case.
The AGENCY is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
When registering, it is necessary to enter the name, birth date, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. The no-show fee for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before the flight, and all guests must call the head office for written confirmation of flight times at least 48 hours before the date of travel.
The city where the aircraft will land may vary. The AGENCY is not responsible for possible delays and time changes that may be made by the airline companies.
Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes will not hold the AGENCY responsible for changes in domestic flight transportation.
In group tickets, the airline rule applies, and if the departure flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The general baggage weight allowed for flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled and the consumer will be informed 21 days in advance.
The route indicated in the tour program is a sample itinerary, and changes may occur in the tour route.
City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.
The tours specified in the programs may be carried out on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Additional tours along the route will take place provided that there is a minimum participation of 6 people. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest area.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours may be carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people; if fewer people participate, the guide may decide according to necessity, and prices may change accordingly. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
Museum and archaeological site entry fees are not included in the prices.
The AGENCY reserves the right to change the names of hotels while maintaining the same star category.
All hotel names indicated in the programs are P.B. (and similar) and are written as examples for star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made in the specified name hotel.
In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or it is a foldable extra bed.
During your trip, please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you use.
Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group who stay with 2 adults.
In case children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with either of their parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the required consent forms for participating in the tour during the trip.
In cases of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" will apply.
