Day 1 ISTANBUL – VALENCIA – MADRID
Meeting with our esteemed guests in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3 hours prior to the flight time. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Valencia with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival and transfer to Madrid after the flight. Panorama city tour of Madrid begins with the large square called Plaza Mayor. This square has 136 buildings and 437 balconies opening to the courtyard. Once, bullfights and the burning of people by the inquisition were watched from these balconies. The heart of the city Puerta Del Sol, the large square Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace's public speaking place Plaza De Oriente, Alcalá Gate made as an entrance gate to show how rich the city was, Gran Via with its arcade roofs, Plaza Colón and Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument are among the places to be seen. Day 2 MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra organized Toledo Tour (80 Euros). Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The country’s most magnificent cathedral, hosting the works of world-famous painters, has become one of the few museums in the world. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to remain unchanged since the 16th century. Structures bearing the traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascus stores, and of course the famous cathedral make it a touristic pilgrimage site. Another tradition in Toledo is the making of marzipan, which dates back to when the Arabs conquered the city. A visit to Toledo would not be completed without tasting this mouthwatering confection. After the walk we will do in the Jewish quarter, we will move to Madrid. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 3 MADRID – BARCELONA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off towards Barcelona with our private bus. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Zaragoza Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide. During our tour, the Ebro River, the city's main cathedral, Pilar Cathedral, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Plaza Espana, and Pilar Bridge are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we continue our journey. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Barcelona. The capital of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the second-largest city in Spain, Barcelona attracts four times its population in tourists due to its magnificent works.“The Unfinished Church” also known as La Sagrada Familia, the Spain and Catalunya Square, Gaudi's Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Avenue, and Port Olimpic will be among the places to be seen. After the city tour, transfer to the hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the extra Barcelona Night & Gothic Quarter Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide. In this tour, we will have the opportunity to see Barcelona, known as Europe’s living city, in its illuminated form. Afterwards, we will set off to the Gothic Quarter which we have not visited before. After visiting Barcelona Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus, and the famous street in the area, Carrer del Bisbe, we will have free time for dinner. Then transfer to the hotel. Day 4 BARCELONA
After breakfast, guests who wish can join the extra Girona & Figueras & Mercat de la Boqueria Tour (95 Euros) organized by our guide. We will start in Girona, the richest city in the region, located on the banks of the Onyar River and resembling Florence at first glance. A charming medieval town with narrow streets and a cathedral, Girona is also the city where the film "Perfume" was shot. In our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah houses, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and famous shops. After some free time, we will head towards Figueras with the view of the Pyrenees Mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it inspired the world-famous borderless painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. We will visit the house-museum decorated by the famous surrealist painter “Salvador Dali” himself. After our visit to this museum, where each of his works is valued at millions of dollars, we will have some free time. Afterwards, we will head to La Rambla Street in the city center. Our next stop will be Mercat de la Boqueira located on La Rambla, the most touristic street in Barcelona. Considered as one of the most famous shopping spots in Spain, “mercat” meaning “market” and “pazar yeri” in Spanish, is one of the most unique places where you can experience the shopping culture in the country and see the habits of the locals. We will have some free time at this point. In the evening, guests who want to spend a fun evening can join the extra Flamenco Night (65 Euros). Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 5 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL
In the morning, we will take our breakfast boxes from the hotel and transfer to Barcelona Airport in the early hours (check-out procedures will be completed at 03:30). After completing baggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.
