Meet 3 hours before departure at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, international departures terminal, in front of the SunExpress Airlines counter. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart to Stuttgart at 11:50 with SunExpress flight XQ 972. After arriving in Stuttgart at 13:55 local time, transfer to Strasbourg with our awaiting vehicle. Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the gem of the Alsace region, takes you on a journey through history in the medieval old towns with Europe's largest cobblestone streets. With its fairy-tale-like nature and historic structures, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and many art works, it is a must-see place. Strasbourg is also historically significant as the place where the French national anthem “La Marseillaise” was written. The city mixes Alsace culture with French architecture. During the city tour, we will visit Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district decorated with traditional Alsace houses. After the tour, guests who wish can join an optional glorious Alsace fairy-tale villages tour (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) for an additional fee of 100 Euros. Our first stop is Eguisheim, which was awarded “Favorite French Village” in 2013. It is a village where history and nature dance together, with colorful houses reflecting typical Alsace architecture and postcard-like views. Then we head to Colmar, with its well-preserved medieval streets, featuring the pink-stone St. Martin's Cathedral, the Little Venice district with its canals reminiscent of Venice, Maison Pfister, and Maison des Têtes, a Renaissance building decorated with hundreds of faces. The third stop is Kaysersberg, a medieval town from the Middle Ages with colorful houses, narrow streets, and a castle, Château de Kaysersberg, from the 13th century. The Sainte-Croix Church in the town center is notable for its Gothic architecture. Our final stop is Riquewihr, one of Alsace’s most enchanting cities, known for its picturesque half-timbered houses, old streets, and medieval walls. We will see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and walk along the old city walls to experience the medieval atmosphere. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg or nearby. Day 2 Strasbourg – Heidelberg – Baden Baden – StrasbourgAfter breakfast at the hotel, free time. On this tour, the first stop is Baden Baden, a natural oxygen-rich city with cultural centers, thermal springs, and Europe's most famous casino, offering many opportunities. Known as an inspiring destination for many writers and composers, Baden Baden is a wonderful place to explore. Then we head to Heidelberg, another magnificent German city. Its streets, squares, and buildings evoke the Middle Ages and will take you back in time. The elegant, peaceful city welcomes you with harmony of architecture and colors. During the city tour, we will see Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle. Afterwards, transfer back to the hotel in Strasbourg or nearby.
Day 3 Strasbourg – Schaffhausen Rhine Falls – Zurich – Lucerne – StrasbourgAfter breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join an optional tour to the magnificent Rhine Falls and Swiss cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) for an additional fee of 110 Euros. The first stop is the natural wonder Rhine Falls, Europe's largest waterfall, with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters. Surrounded by the powerful arms of the Rhine River, this place is a paradise where you can find peace while watching the dance of the blue waters. After experiencing the awe-inspiring power and scenery, we proceed to Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Here, we visit the historic center, notable Gothic churches, and historic buildings, and see the Grossmünster, Fraumünster churches, and the St. Peter's Church, home to Europe’s largest clock tower. We then explore Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most popular shopping streets. Afterward, we head to Lucerne, a picturesque town situated at the foot of the Alps. In Lucerne, we will see the Lion Monument, honoring Swiss soldiers who protected King Louis XVI, the Chapel Bridge, and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Lucerne. Day 4 Strasbourg – Stuttgart – İzmirAfter breakfast, check out and depart for Stuttgart. Located in southwestern Germany and surrounded by lush hills, Stuttgart is known not only for its automotive industry but also for its elegant parks, vineyards, and cultural fabric. During our city tour, we will visit the largest square, Schlossplatz (Palace Square), as well as Neues Schloss (New Palace), Altes Schloss (Old Palace), and Johanneskirche (St. John Church).
