IMPORTANT NOTES
- If passports and necessary documents are delivered completely, the AGENT will assist with visa acquisitions. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international travel.
- The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from not providing the required documents for the visa on time and completely.
- Having a visa does not mean entry into the country. The passport control authorities have the right to prevent entry. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
- Hotel rooms are usually triple occupancy, which may include an extra bed smaller than the standard bed. Some hotels do not have triple occupancy; in such cases, the agent will inform guests during sales.
- Children's prices are valid only when children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents, occupying the 3rd and 4th beds. For children aged 0-2, they should not have turned 2 by the end of the tour; for ages 3-12, they should not have turned 12.
- The AGENT reserves the right to make changes in the program due to external reasons.
- If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENT will notify guests of cancellations/changes at least 21 days before the departure.
- The AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure. Passengers purchase the tour with knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
- For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
- The AGENT has the right to change the hotels listed in the program, provided the category remains the same.
- Extra tours are organized with minimum participation; if participation is insufficient, they may not be held. In case of low participant numbers, prices can be revised and new arrangements made.
- During extra tours on the way, guests not participating in the tour will be directed to resting areas before the guide enters the city.
- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities during the tour are not conducted. The AGENT is not responsible for these issues.
- In case of cancellations or changes, the "SALES CONTRACT OF THE AGENT" remains valid.
- During the ship journey, two of the dinner meals are formal dinners. Men should bring at least one suit jacket, women should bring at least one evening dress.
- The restaurant and table assignments for dinner on the ship will be determined beforehand and numbered according to names. Everyone will sit in the designated places from the first meal to the last.
- At check-in, each passenger (or only one in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception when receiving cabin keys. No cash transactions occur onboard except at the casino. Only EUR currency and credit cards are accepted.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, iron, hairdryers, etc., onboard the ship.
- Valet tags in different colors will be delivered with your cruise ticket for all luggage. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the port.
- Luggage may not arrive to cabins until late evening on the first day of departure due to high volume and crowd; this is under the ship's responsibility. It is advisable to carry essential items in a small handbag on the first day.
- It is essential to adhere strictly to the departure times. Boarding at ports must occur at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure. Otherwise, you may be denied boarding, and the agency will not be responsible.
- At the end of the cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the pre-distributed tags, and leave your cabin before midnight. Afterward, the group will collect luggage at the designated station. Each guest is kindly asked to pick up their luggage by touching and checking their own.
- All passengers must carry their departure and return plane tickets along with their cruise tickets. Passengers who do not receive their tickets are responsible for any issues with entry into the country or on the ship.
