Day 1: Ankara - Dubai
At 00:10, we are at the FlyDubai Airlines counter at Esenboğa Airport Departure Terminal to check in for our flight. After completing passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai on Flydubai flight FZ758 at 03:10. We arrive in Dubai at 08:10 and head to our panoramic city tour with our waiting vehicle. Before the city tour, we stop for breakfast. After breakfast, we will first progress along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Next, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will take a photo break to see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we will continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a brief free time in Dubai Marina, which has a 7 km walking path surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head to our hotels and complete our check-in procedures. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Dinner Dhow Cruise Tour with the Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour in the evening.

We will first proceed to the Dhow boat where we will have dinner in the Marina. While our boat sails through the marina, we will enjoy our dinner in an open buffet while taking in the stunning views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we will head to Souk Al Bahar, which is located next to the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world and situated under the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. We will enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic bazaar reflecting Arab culture. Guests who wish can spend free time at Dubai Mall after the tour to do shopping or enjoy the cafes and restaurants. We will then transfer back to our hotel for the night.
Day 2: Dubai
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and the Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro
You will be welcomed by a flower-filled world in the Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden. The 72,000 square meter park features famous buildings and structures transformed entirely into colorful flower exhibits. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself among over 150 million blooming flowers that include many attractions and a variety of interesting arrangements. Within this same tour, you will enjoy the atmosphere and architectural beauties while wandering through the narrow streets, stone houses, and ancient markets of Al Bastakiya. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, providing visitors the chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts various places such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
You will be picked up in 4x4 vehicles to experience unforgettable moments in the desert, where you can watch the sunset. After an exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at the Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancer performances. You will also have the opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services offered during the tour. After the meal and shows, the tour concludes, and we will return to our hotel in our 4x4 vehicles.
Day 3: Dubai
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

We will pass through Jebel Ali, the largest man-made harbor in the world, departing from Dubai. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which can accommodate 41,000 people at once for worship, thus being among the largest in the world. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers endless photo opportunities. While exploring the capital city of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how the capital, once a small fishing village, has transformed into such a modern city. We will see its wide boulevards and skyscrapers, followed by a photo stop at the Emirates Palace, known for its opulence. While visiting the Heritage Village, a replica of the city’s past, you will learn about the lives and traditions of the Arabs, alongside seeing mud-built houses. During your lunch, a buffet will be served. After lunch, we will continue our tour, getting a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island, followed by a drive to Yas Island, which hosts the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. At this same place, you can take photos and shop at the world’s first Ferrari-themed amusement park. After the tour, we will return to the hotel.
Day 4: Dubai – Ankara
After breakfast, there is free time, and we check out of our rooms (the latest check-out time at hotels is 12:00). Guests who wish can participate in the optional Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum. At the time designated by your tour leader, we will begin our journey to the airport. After completing ticket and customs procedures, we board FlyDubai flight FZ757 at 22:45 to Ankara. Our arrival time is 02:05.

Our enjoyable journey takes us to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai's newest and most popular destinations. The first stop of the tour will be Ain Dubai, the world's largest and tallest observation wheel. During this visit, included are the standard entrance tickets, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and the unique coastline. After a short free time on Bluewaters Island, where you can explore the island’s restaurants, cafes, and coastal walkways and take delightful photos, we will visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world's most famous wax figure museums. This includes standard entry tickets, where you will have the chance to closely see wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and renowned artists.
Whether you have purchased a visa-inclusive or visa-exempt package, you must create a visa reservation in addition to your tour reservation. Responsibility for this matter lies with the agencies.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During the Mosque Visit in Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be considered: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts; it is required to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
- During our Desert Safari tour, the following precautions should be taken: Wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a jacket. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water consumption before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their conditions.
- To benefit from advantageous prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours will take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are fewer than 20 participants, the prices of the tour may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- Prices of extra tours may vary depending on the area's density or season. The prices provided by the guide at the time of booking will be valid for extra tours.
- Due to the VB processing in the program or because only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or in cases where options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; package included guide services only cover panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides. In return transfers, it is necessary to be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The status of cancellations and refunds for extra tours will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted from the vehicle with narration by the guide. They do not include museum or site entrance fees and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- During panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, closure of roads on the route due to any event, or severe weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if access is denied at certain points where vehicles cannot enter.
- In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they stayed before the time indicated by the guide.
- Hotels mentioned in the program are for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not given.
- We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in destination countries. Therefore, reservation processes for extra tours cannot be made with old-style currency notes that banks will not accept.
- Due to the nature of the destinations, USD transactions are conducted for extra tour purchases, so the USD - EUR exchange rates are applied the same.
- Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, it is the responsibility of the guests to have foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations that exist below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the notified information. Our guests have read and accepted all the clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a green passport of the Republic of Turkey are required to renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be realized by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; these passports should be renewed and if it is a country that requires visas for Turkish citizens, the corresponding visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The validity period of guests' passports must be at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa at its discretion; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour upon accepting these conditions.
- Guests applying for their visa must check the accuracy of the information on the obtained visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typos on the visa and any issues that may prevent boarding.
- For our guests who will apply for their visa personally, the provision of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Our guests should plan their appointment dates and times accordingly, taking this time into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any potential disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, refund for the visa fee and service charge will not be made. If the guest obtained their visa and v visa service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the consulate fees and similar charges after presenting proof that they did not use their visa with their passport within one week from the visa expiration date. No refund will be given if the guest obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa mediation firm and BTB TOURS cancels the tour for any reasons.
- There may be changes in the routes based on the city where the plane will land. The type and timing of the flight may change, and due to high season or special periods, availabilities at hotels may vary, so a similar hotel may be provided. Passengers have accepted that the changes in flight times and hotels pose risks at the time of booking.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Additional bedding applications are available in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee can be given for three separate beds in triple rooms; as such arrangements are subject to availability, the hotel blocks accordingly if suitable rooms are available.
- Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with two adults.
- The hotels provide continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets are prepared according to this information. The penalties for cancellation or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- It is mandatory for our guests to have travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the country. If a penalty is faced due to not having the travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited to certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa or entry from the border for other countries, and BTB TOURS does not bear any responsibility for such situations, which are outside its control.
- In order to provide economic and time benefit to the group during the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out along the route should accept to wait at a nearby facility until the end of the extra tour. After the tour ends, our bus will pick them up, and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted for the purpose of city introductions. City tours and extra tours can be held on different days with no change in content or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or may change in price.
- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically cancel. In such a case, the airline's rules are applicable.
- Flight delays and gate changes may occur at the last minute. This information should be monitored by individuals on the airport information boards/screens. In the event of missing the flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest is responsible for purchasing a new ticket (if necessary, it must be a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous clause). Furthermore, if the guest misses the initial program due to missing the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if the guest travels to the city/country by a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability in the respective airline’s flights after the tickets have been issued according to the program. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, if the desired ticket is to be upgraded, the guest must pay the additional fee specified by the airline before upgrading it from a group class to an upgradeable economy class ticket, subject to availability. The price difference that arises in this case will be the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings when leaving the means of transportation and your hotels.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program due to force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings left, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for failure to board due to the absence of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
