IMPORTANT NOTES
To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours will only take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If there are fewer than 15 participants, the prices for the tour may change, or it can be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
Prices for extra tours may change based on regional density or time period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will be the applicable ones for extra tours.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
Our programs must be met by the guide upon arrival at the destination, and the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transportation. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.
During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, the agency will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are organized as general introductions to the cities, consisting of a maximum of 2-3 hours without including museum or site entrance fees.
Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted in the case of closure of visited places by local authorities, roads being closed due to any event, or impossible weather conditions. In such situations, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if certain roads are closed or if no vehicle entry is allowed at those points.
In our tour programs, the guide meeting occurs at the airport where arrival happens. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are accommodated before the pick-up time given by the guide.
The program’s stated hotels etc., are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
To avoid being affected by the exchange rate difference, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/Worn-out notes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old-style notes that banks will not accept.
Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the responsibility for foreign language knowledge lies with the guests.

GENERAL TERMS
Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot be held responsible in any way.
To avoid issues with the customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the aforementioned passports must be renewed and, if traveling to a country that requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Guests' passports must remain valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, the guest is responsible for any issues that may arise.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa if it deems necessary; the agency bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. The agency merely serves as an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the agency has no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
For passengers applying for their own visa, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe. Otherwise, the agency isn't responsible for any potential disruptions.
If the guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to attend the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest has obtained the visa service through the agency's visa department and this visa service was noted as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can refund the remaining amount excluding the consular fees and similar expenses after providing proof of non-usage of the visa within one week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa independently or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm and the agency cancels the related tour for insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the aircraft may change; in such cases, this has been communicated in the contract and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
Triple rooms are offered depending on hotel availability. Extra bed practices are applied in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee for three separate beds cannot be given; if rooms suitable for this are available, reservations are made by the hotel based on availability.
Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
The breakfast offered by the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
At the time of reservation/registration, the names-soy names, birth dates, and passport numbers in the travel passport must be reported and entered into the system. Tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties due to incorrect information leading to the cancellation or modification of tickets are the responsibility of the guest.
Our guests, whether they obtain it from the agency or not, must have an international travel and health insurance that starts the day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date and must have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance may face fines imposed by the local police of the relevant country. In case of penalties resulting from not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited certain countries may result in a passenger being unable to obtain a visa for other countries or being denied entry at border crossings. Since this situation is beyond the agency's control, the agency assumes no responsibility for it, and acceptance of this condition is expected from the parties.
In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour finishes. The bus will pick up these guests after the tour is completed, and our journey will continue.
Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days while maintaining their content, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or there may be a change in price.
Tours that cannot be visited or conducted due to any reason by local authorities will not take place. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. In such circumstances, the airline's rules apply.
Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Such information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must procure their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket based on the previous article) at their own expense. Furthermore, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Also, if one needs to go to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transportation from the airport to the city or the hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. As the flight seats in our programs are of group class, in case of desired ticket upgrade based on availability, the difference indicated by the airline must be paid first, and the ticket must be moved from group class to upgradeable economy class. The price difference that arises is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the movement of the tour.
To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your GSM operator if your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey.
During your travel, when you leave the vehicles you use or the hotels where you are accommodated for a short time or completely, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
The agency reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or at its discretion.
The agency reserves the right to change the names of hotels while maintaining the same category.
The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father. If traveling with their father, they must obtain one from their mother; if traveling with a third person, they must have consent from both parents. The agency cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot occur due to lack of consent.
General conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
