DAY 1 ISTANBUL – LJUBLJANA – VENICE
We meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departure Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After the baggage and ticket procedures, we fly on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Following our arrival, our private bus waiting at the airport will take us for a panoramic city tour of Ljubljana. The places we will see during the city tour include the Ljubljanica River, the Parliament building, Ljubljana University, the Old Town, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. After this tour, we move towards the city of Venice. Upon our arrival, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Venice. Our city tour will include famous places such as St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took their last look at Venice before entering the prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, guests who wish can participate in an optional activity organized by our guide, which is the symbol of Venice, the Gondola Tour (40€ per person). Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 2 VENICE – MILAN
After breakfast, we depart for the city of Milan. Following that, our guests may join the Verona & Lake Garda Tour organized by our guide along the route. We will see historical sites including the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, and the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, as well as the Verona Cathedral. After our Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. Then, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon our arrival, we will start a panoramic city tour of Milan. During our tour, we will see the Duomo of Milan, Italy's second-largest cathedral, which took nearly 500 years to complete, the Fortress Castle, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, home to the world's most famous fashion stores. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 3 MILAN – FLORENCE
After breakfast, we depart for the city of Florence. Our guests may join the Bologna Tour organized by our guide along the route. In our Bologna city tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore (the Main Square), the Fountain of Neptune located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we will continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River, which divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria hosting masterpieces of the Renaissance, including the Hercules and David statues, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral known for its third highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its gate. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 4 FLORENCE
After having breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. Guests can then participate in the Pisa & Portofino Tour organized by our guide. We will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli before taking a boat to the world-famous Portofino village, which is featured in songs. You won't get enough of this small town located within a national park. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 5 FLORENCE – ROME
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rome. Guests may join the Orvieto Tour organized by our guide along the route. We will see the ancient city center and the Orvieto Cathedral, which have significant places in Italy's art and history, before continuing our journey to Rome. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Rome. During the city tour, we will see Castel Sant'Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the public, the monument of II. Vittorio Emanuele, the Colosseum known for gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain famous from the movie "La Dolce Vita," the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps with the sinking ship fountain will be among the sites we visit. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 6 ROME
After having breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. Guests can then participate in the Outlet & Lakes Area & Vatican Tour organized by our guide. After visiting the area where the Popes lived during the summer and the village of Nemi famous for its wild strawberries, we will have time for shopping at the famous Castel Romano Outlet area in Italy. Then we move to San Pietro Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests may then participate in the Rome by Night Tour organized by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 7 ROME
After having breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. Guests may then participate in the Naples & Pompeii Tour organized by our guide. The first stop of our tour is the city of Pompeii, which was buried under 7 meters of ash until the 18th century after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. We will have the chance to see the houses, palaces, and the petrified people that were discovered after excavations carried out at this date. After visiting the open-air museum of Pompeii, we head to Naples. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Naples. During our city tour, we will see the Piazza Plebiscito, which is the central square of Naples, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola built after the ones in San Pietro Square and Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I that houses shops, the Teatro di San Carlo built in 1737 and listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the Port of Naples. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 8 ROME – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel early in the morning and transfer to the Rome Airport. After completing the baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services will conclude.
