1. DAY ISTANBUL – MADRID
Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After luggage and ticket procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service to Madrid. Upon arrival, start of panoramic city tour. We begin with the grand square called Plaza Mayor. This square has 136 buildings and 437 balconies opening onto courtyards. Historically, people watched bullfights and executions from these balconies. The heart of the city includes Puerta Del Sol, the large square called Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace which is the venue for royal addresses, Plaza De Oriente, the Alcala Gate built as a gateway to demonstrate the city’s wealth, Gran Via with its gallery roofs, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument. After the tour, we arrive at our hotel in Madrid and check-in. Accommodation at the hotel.
2. DAY MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Then, guests can participate in the Segovia & Avila & Outlet Tour. In this tour, we will visit UNESCO World Heritage sites Segovia and Ávila. After crossing the 11th-century walls, we will visit the old town of Ávila, external views of the cathedral, San Vicente Basilica, Plaza Mayor, and Santa Teresa de Jesús's Birthplace. Afterwards, we head to Segovia. We will see the massive Roman aqueduct, the exterior of Segovia Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and the magnificent castle called Segovia Alcázar that reminds of the fairy tale castle of Snow White. After the tour, we will go to Las Rozas Village, known as the region's largest outlet. Guests will have free time for shopping here, then we return to our hotel in Madrid. Accommodation at the hotel. For those wishing to enjoy an entertaining evening, there will be the Flamenco Night event. In this event, guests will experience a different flamenco performance by the gypsies living in Granada in their stone houses.
3. DAY MADRID – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we proceed to Granada. Upon arrival, guests have the option to join the Toledo Tour. Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, one of its most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. The city’s most imposing cathedral hosts works by world-famous painters, making it a museum comparable to the world's greatest. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has remained unchanged since the 16th century. It bears traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, with narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, traditional bakeries, Damascene shops, and the famous cathedral. Another tradition in Toledo is almond confectionery originating from the Arab conquest. We will visit the Jewish quarter on foot. After that, we depart for Granada. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour including Los Lanos Square, Columbus Monument, City Hall, and Cathedral (exterior). After the tour, transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests can join the Sacramonte Night Tour. This tour offers the chance to see flamenco performances with a different Roma-style interpretation in Granada’s stone houses. Accommodation at the hotel.
4. DAY GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Then, they can join the scheduled Cordoba & Seville Tour. This tour includes the city where Andalusi Islamic civilization first flourished, the Jewish Quarter, and Plaza Mayor. Then, we will see the city’s ancestral cathedral, which was built on the remains of the old mosque, witnessing the history. After the tour, we continue to Seville. Upon arrival, we will see the city on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, including Plaza de España, the tobacco factory where Carmen was filmed, the Tower of Gold, and the Jewish Quarter. After a free time in front of the Seville Cathedral, we return to Granada. After arrival, free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
5. DAY GRANADA – VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, guests are free until check-out (which will be at 11:00). Then, they can participate in the scheduled Alhambra Palace Tour (subject to palace availability). The Alhambra, which accepts only a limited number of visitors daily, is called “Kırmızı” (Red) because of the red brick walls and red tiles on the roof. It is one of the highest examples of Islamic architecture. After the Alhambra visit, we head towards Valencia. Upon arrival, we start the city tour. Valencia, the third-largest city in Spain and home to the largest port, was originally called “Valentia,” meaning strength and power in Latin. During the panoramic city tour, sights include the Arts and Sciences Museum, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, City Hall, historic market, and the Old Silk Exchange. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
6. DAY VALENCIA – BARCELONA
After breakfast at the hotel, we proceed to Barcelona. Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia Autonomous Community and the second-largest city in Spain, is famous for the magnificent works of architect Antoni Gaudí, attracting four times more tourists than its population. During the panoramic city tour, notable sights include the “Unfinished Church” La Sagrada Familia, Spain and Catalunya Square, Gaudí’s Houses (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà), Placa de Catalunya, La Rambla street, and Port Olímpic. After the tour, guests can join the Barcelona Night & Gothic Quarter Tour. This tour offers the chance to see Barcelona illuminated, known as the city that never sleeps. Afterwards, we go to the Gothic Quarter, where we will visit Barcelona Cathedral, the Augustus Temple, and the famous Calle del Bisbe. Then, free time for dinner on La Ramblas street. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
7. DAY BARCELONA
After breakfast, guests can participate in the Girona & Figueras Tour. We start with Girona, located on the banks of the Onyar River, which resembles Florence at first glance and is the most affluent city of the region. Known for its narrow streets and cathedral, it is a charming medieval city and the filming location of the “Perfume” movie. During the panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah houses, Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and renowned shops. After free time, we will head to Figueras, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees. This town inspired the world-famous surrealist painter Salvador Dali, who dedicated his entire life to this city. We will visit the Dali Theatre-Museum, where Dali’s own decorated home is located. The museum contains many priceless works, including pieces depicting his eternal love Gala. After the visit, transfer to the hotel in Barcelona for the night.
8. DAY BARCELONA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport depending on flight time. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul marks the end of our tour.
