Day 1 ISTANBUL – MADRID
Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal in front of Pegasus Airlines counter 3 hours before flight time. After baggage and ticket checks, flight to Madrid with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. We start with the large square called Plaza Mayor. This square has 136 buildings and 437 balconies opening into courtyards. Historically, people watched bullfights and executions from these balconies. The heart of the city includes Puerta Del Sol, the large square called Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace where commands are given to the public, Plaza De Orient, the Alcala Gate built to showcase wealth, Gran Via with its impressive galleries and spires, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument. After the tour, arrive at our hotel in Madrid and settle in. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2 MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Then, guests can join the organized Segovia & Avila & Outlet Tour. In this tour, we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Segovia and Ávila. After crossing the medieval walls from the 11th century, we visit the old town of Ávila, the cathedral's exterior, San Vicente Basilica, Plaza Mayor, and Santa Teresa de Jesús' birthplace. We will then proceed to Segovia. See the giant Roman aqueduct, the exterior of Segovia Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and the magnificent castle Alcázar of Segovia, reminiscent of a fairy tale castle. After the tour, we head to Las Rozas Village, known as the region's largest outlet. Here, you will have free time for shopping before returning to our hotel in Madrid. Accommodation at the hotel. For those who want a fun evening, they can join the Flamenco Night. In this event, you'll experience a different flamenco performance by the local Romani people in Granada's traditional houses. Day 3 MADRID – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada. Then, guests can join the Toledo Tour organized by our guide along the route. Toledo is a real open-air museum and Spain's old capital, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city’s fortress-like cathedral, which houses world-renowned artworks, is a must-see. Known as El Greco's city, Toledo has maintained unchanged since the 16th century. Its structures reflect Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture. The city is famous for its narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, traditional bakeries, Damascene shops, and its cathedral. Another local tradition is the marzipan made since the Arab conquest. After walking through the Jewish quarter, we head to Granada. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour of Granada will include sights such as Bib Lamra Square, Christopher Columbus Monument, the Town Hall, and the Cathedral (exterior). Then, transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests can join the Sacromonte Night Tour, where they will see flamenco performances by Romani people in Granada’s traditional houses. Day 4 GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Then, guests can join the organized Cordoba & Seville Tour. In this tour, we explore the city where the Islamic civilization in Andalusia first flourished, including the Jewish quarter and Plaza Mayor. We visit the past's cathedral, the Great Mosque, which has now become Seville's cathedral, witnessing historical layers. Afterwards, we continue to Seville. Upon arrival, we will see the city along the Guadalquivir River, including Spain Square, the Tütün Factory (used by Carmen in the opera), the Golden Tower, and the Jewish quarter. Then, we have free time in front of Seville's cathedral before returning to Granada. Arrival at the hotel and free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5 GRANADA – VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, free time (hotel check-out time is 11:00). Then, guests can join our guide in the Alhambra Palace Tour [The Alhambra Palace tour is conducted depending on availability]. The Alhambra, meaning "Red," is a high-reaching monument of Islamic architecture with red brick walls and red tiles on the roof. It has survived as a witness to the heights of Islamic architecture. After the visit to the Alhambra, we depart for Valencia. Upon arrival, we start the city tour. As Spain's third-largest city with the biggest port, it was historically called "Wuhan" in Latin, meaning strength and power. During the panoramic city tour, sights such as the Arts and Sciences Museum, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, Town Hall, Historic Market, and Old Silk Exchange will be visited. Then, transfer to your hotel. Day 6 VALENCIA – BARCELONA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards Barcelona. The capital of Catalonia Autonomous Community, Barcelona, is the second-largest city in Spain and home to magnificent works by architect Antoni Gaudi, attracting four times the number of residents as tourists. During the panoramic city tour, notable sights include La Sagrada Familia, famously called the "Unfinished Church," Spain Square, Catalunya Square, Gaudi's houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), La Rambla street, and Port Olimpic. After the city tour, guests can join the Barcelona Night & Gothic Quarter Tour. This tour provides a chance to see Barcelona illuminated, famously known as the city that never sleeps. Then, we continue to the Gothic Quarter, visiting the Barcelona Cathedral, Augustus Temple, and the famous shopping street, Carrer del Bisbe. Enjoy free time for dinner at La Rambla street. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 7 BARCELONA
After breakfast, guests can join the organized Girona & Figueras Tour. The tour begins along the Onyar River in Girona, a charming medieval town resembling Florence at first glance, and the city's most affluent area. Known for its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also the filming location for the perfume commercial "Amor Amor." We will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, houses with Mezuzahs, Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and renowned shops. After this, we drive through the Pyrenees mountains to Figueras. The town’s atmosphere is so impressive that it inspired Salvador Dali, the world-famous surrealist painter. We visit the Salvador Dali Museum House, decorated by the artist himself, featuring artworks valued at millions of dollars, including his eternal love Gala. After the visit, we transfer to our hotel in Barcelona for the overnight stay.
Day 8 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport depending on flight time. Completing baggage and check-in procedures, fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, end of our tour.
