IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices for extra tours are valid on the day of the publication announcement, and any differences in costs due to supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such cases, the new prices on the final program sent to you at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure date will be valid.
1 - You must confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We bear no responsibility for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow as long as the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of individual or collectively purchased additional services are not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend purchasing a security package insurance policy from your agency to protect against contingencies, as there is nothing our company can do in this situation, given that necessary reservations have been made and paid to service providers. For individually purchased services, List Prices will be valid.
4 - According to the number of people in vehicles;
* For groups of 16 or more, a bus will be used,
* For groups between 9 and 15, a midibus will be used
* For groups of 8 or fewer, a minibus will be used.
5- The routes of the bus and plane can be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

The services included in your tour package are clearly stated. However, we recommend that you purchase additional tours from us to make this trip even more unique and ensure that you do so safely. Please remember that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals reaching out to you through social media or approaching you in Egypt are providing tour services without licenses and are disregarding your safety to offer cheaper prices. The lack of maintenance of transfer vehicles, long travels with a tired and sleep-deprived sole driver, boat trips where safety is not prioritized, desert safaris, and meals that have not been prepared in hygienic conditions or may even be spoiled can lead to irreparable consequences. Our company conducts all additional tours, just like the entire trip, prioritizing your safety, with office branches in Egypt and a dedicated team led by managers with over 30 years of industry experience. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us but we strongly recommend at least buying from a corporate firm that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours upon arrival in Egypt individually, or you can buy them collectively for a more 'budget-friendly' option.

If you want to take a break from the monotony of life while experiencing moments filled with activities, we recommend you participate in this thrilling excursion that includes ATV, Jeep, Snorkeling, and a camel ride, in addition to the Dahab Blue Lagoon excursion included in your package. On our trip, we first go to the 3 Pools area and give you free time for snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the opportunity to experience a ride on a camel. (included in the price) Afterwards, we will do a safari on an ATV to the oasis among the green palm trees located in the desert. (The cost of renting the helmet, which is 10 USD per person, is included in the price, and the scarf and glasses you will definitely need in the desert are included in the price as well. Afterwards, we will continue to the ancient city of Petra. The city's most important features include rock-hewn structures, mesmerizing temples carved into the pink rocks, tombs, palaces, and other buildings. Located on Egypt's southern coasts, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent locations in the Red Sea. Every year, thousands of tourists visit this stunning park with its mangrove trees, salt ponds, natural desert scenery, and incredible underwater life. You will have the opportunity to explore all the natural beauties rich in biodiversity with lunch on board and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks during our full-day boat trip. (transfers, Port Tax and National Park Entrance Fee, lunch and drinks are included in the price. You can rent snorkeling equipment or experience scuba diving for an additional fee) After the completion of our tour, we will transfer to Farsha Cafe. A favored spot for tourists coming to Sharm, it has become an iconic location worldwide due to its views and décor. (the cost of the transfer is included in your package, but any expenses inside are your own. Since the venue operates very busily, it does not accept reservations, so you may have to wait in line from time to time.) The last stop of our tour is the Soho Square, a popular destination for tourists with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. After our free time here, we will transfer back to your hotel.
EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish speaking guide, a minimum number of participants is required. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B- For a price difference, the tour can be held in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without deductions. If the refund of discounted packages is higher than the discount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, in the event that the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If the guest or the person sharing the same room has a health issue confirmed with a medical report, the payment for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the refund of discounted packages is higher than the discount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour’s departure will receive a 50% refund of the paid fee. If the refund of discounted packages is higher than the discount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure will not be refunded.
D- Guests not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may choose to join the tour at another location at their own expense. If they do not prefer to do this, or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be made.
E- Because some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays cannot be cited as a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide information about the return time at designated free time and rest stops during the tour. In cases of the guest being late, if it does not adversely affect the tour flow, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable time or continue the tour. Otherwise, the guest can either come to the next point by their means or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are considered the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; they all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Authorized Authorities in Egypt. In the event of inadequate and/or defectively provided services during our tours and activities, our company continually monitors the process spent in Egypt with us, enabling immediate intervention to resolve any problems, and/or partial or full refunds may be issued based on the problem. The discount amount will be deducted from the fee paid for refunds.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for any conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest errors, technical malfunctions, and resulting delays.
4- Certain tours may require intense physical activities. If you have a health condition, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour's conditions and decide whether to participate accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry certain accident risks that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please make sure you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. By participating in these tours and activities, we ask that you fully adhere to the instructions given by our personnel, follow all stated precautions, and wear the safety equipment provided depending on the situation. Otherwise, you will be risking not only yourself but also other participants.
6- Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for guests being denied entry due to clothing issues.
7- For certain tours and activities, special personal items/clothing may be needed. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarf, or shawl, and borrowing towels from the hotel is fully the responsibility of our guests.
8- Food allergies or other allergies, as well as special diet issues due to health reasons, must be reported to our guide. Please understand that in these situations, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9- We strongly advise against drinking open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and our tours, and against eating unwashed and unpeeled fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly cleaned, as well as consuming unwrapped foods sold outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions of Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting may occur. Our company will assist you in receiving necessary medical treatment. However, all associated costs will be your responsibility.
10- Like any cautious individual, we particularly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance before your domestic and international travels.
