IMPORTANT NOTES
• ACENTE will assist in obtaining visas provided that passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• ACENTE is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Due to the application of additional bed in triple rooms in hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may be no application for a 3rd bed. ACENTE will inform its guests about these types of hotels during the sales process.
• Child prices are valid only if children are accommodated in the same room and cabin with one of their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. In the application for children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the return date of the tour; for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the return date of the tour.
• Due to external reasons, ACENTE reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• In case of insufficient participation in the tour, ACENTE will notify guests of cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
• ACENTE acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09. 1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have accepted and acknowledged that flight details may change when purchasing the tour.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• ACENTE reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized on the condition of a certain level of participation. If participation is insufficient, they may not be conducted. In case the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement can be made.
• Guests who do not participate in extra tours along the way will be directed by our guide to the rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that cannot be conducted due to local authorities' restrictions will not be the responsibility of ACENTE.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the “ACENTE SALES AGREEMENT” is valid.
• During the cruise, 2 of the dinner meals you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger brings at least one suit and every female passenger brings at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be pre-determined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal on the ship to the last meal, everyone will sit in predetermined places.
• When checking in on the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception while receiving cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The currency on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, your luggage will be provided with tags of certain colors, which will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. You need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day. This is a situation arising from congestion and crowds and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items in a small carry-on bag for the first day.
• The departure times of the ship must strictly be adhered to. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure times. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage by placing the tags provided on your cabins the night before and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect luggage from the station where the luggage is kept. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST TAKES THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY REQUIREMENTS INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
