Meet with our valued guests in front of the Jet Airways counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departure Terminal at 18:00. After luggage and ticket procedures, flight with Jet Airways VF 221 scheduled at 21:10 to Sharjah.
Day 2: DubaiAfter a comfortable flight, land at Dubai local time at 03:35. After greeting Dubai's impressive night view, we proceed through passport and baggage procedures, then board our comfortable bus for a free breakfast stop. After energizing, it’s time to step into Dubai’s magic! Our first stop is the Za’abeel Palace, the winter residence of Dubai's Emir Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his family. You can see numerous landscape installations within its magnificent garden and stroll freely among peacocks wandering around the palace. Next, we sail into Dubai’s dazzling city skyline. Our next stop is Dubai Marina, the heart of modern Dubai. The world's largest man-made yacht marina, it welcomes us with towering skyscrapers with the most innovative designs. Then, we take a boat tour on abra boats to explore Deira (Old Town), witnessing the region’s commercial history. Known as "Old Dubai" by locals, it reflects the authentic eastern spirit of Dubai. While shopping and taking photos at *Old Souk* and *Gold Souk*, you will see centuries-old ships brought to port by traders from distant lands carrying perfumes, spices, coffee, and gold. We will visit the *Al Seef* area, where traditional Arab architecture meets modern concepts, for a pleasant coffee break with a view of Dubai Creek, visiting one of the world’s most authentic *Starbucks* branches. Afterwards, we take an impressive photo at the Burj Al Arab, the icon of Dubai and the world's first 7-star hotel. Then, we go to *Palm Jumeirah*, known for its celebrity residents like Madonna and Beckham and luxury hotels. You can enjoy free time here. Afterward, continue our panoramic city tour to explore Dubai’s modern face, including Emirates Towers, Sheikh Palace, and the impressive Skyscraper Street with its skyline views. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel and settle into your rooms. You can relax or experience Dubai’s nightlife with the Extra Dhow Cruise Marina Tour (80 Euro). For those wanting to experience Dubai's magical atmosphere on the water, this is a perfect option. Enjoy a traditional Arab dhow cruise on Marina’s shimmering waters, a delicious open buffet dinner, and lively performances. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and overnight.
Day 3: DubaiAfter breakfast, the entire day is free. Optional for guests: Extra JBR Walk and Blue Waters (55 Euro). Enjoy the sun at Dubai's favorite beaches, JBR Walk! The famous beach with its fine sands and turquoise sea offers sunbathing, refreshing drinks under palm trees, and fantastic photo opportunities to immortalize your memories. After the tour, we head to Blue Waters Island, created by landfilling the sea in 2018. Here, you will have the chance to see Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, up close and take beautiful photos. Then, we return to our hotel. For those interested, Extra Dinner Night Desert Safari Tour (90 Euro). Starting with luxury 4x4 vehicles from our hotel, the desert safari offers an adrenaline-filled ride over sand dunes. Watch the magnificent desert sunset and capture this extraordinary scene. Day 4: DubaiAfter breakfast and check-out, enjoy free time until the meeting time. Optional for guests: Extra Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour (95 Euro). Our tour begins with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world. Its white marble structure, elegant architecture, and impressive size will leave you awe-inspired. Next, we take a panoramic tour of Abu Dhabi, seeing landmarks such as the Etihad Towers and the luxurious Emirates Palace. We also visit the Heritage Village, which tells of the traditional desert life and showcases Abu Dhabi’s history and culture. Afterward, we enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, experiencing Abu Dhabi’s gastronomy. Post-lunch, we head to Ferrari World, an impressive amusement park inspired by the Ferrari brand. You will get photo opportunities with iconic Ferrari symbols and enjoy fun moments. After Ferrari World, transfer to our hotel. For those interested, Optional Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show Tour (55 Euro). We start at Madinat Jumeirah, a magnificent luxury resort with a 2 km beach, five-star hotels, 29 beach houses, 40 restaurants, and a large bazaar with Venetian-style architecture. Enjoy strolling through the bazaar and exploring traditional architecture and souvenirs. Next, visit Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building at 828 meters, with over 160 floors and an impressive design. It’s truly a engineering marvel, named after the founding father of the UAE, Khalifa bin Zayed. Then, explore Dubai Mall, a shopping paradise with 1200 stores, including electronics, souvenirs, chocolates, and more. After shopping, enjoy free time to watch the spectacular Fountain Show in front of Dubai Mall, a mesmerizing water, sound, and light performance. Afterward, transfer back to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 5: DubaiAfter breakfast, the entire day is free. Optional for guests: Extra Legoland Dubai Theme Park Tour (100 Euro). Join us as we head to Legoland Dubai, one of Dubai’s most exciting theme parks offering unforgettable entertainment for families and children. Inspired by LEGO, this park provides colorful and interactive environments for all ages. Explore seven themed zones including Miniland, featuring miniature models of Dubai’s iconic landmarks built from LEGO bricks, and other areas like Lego Kingdoms, Adventurers' Landing, and Imagination, with thrilling roller coasters, water slides, and interactive play areas. Children can enjoy educational and creative experiences in the Lego world, making wonderful memories with family. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day 6: DubaiAfter breakfast and checkout, enjoy free time until the meeting. Optional for guests: Extra Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Outlet Mall Tour (80 Euro). Our tour begins at the impressive Dubai Frame. This iconic structure offers an unforgettable journey to explore Dubai’s fascinating duality. The tour includes a photo break with free time to visit the 150-meter-high and 100-meter-wide building, known as the largest frame in the world, which offers two perspectives of the city. Visitors can walk across the bridge inside the frame and gain a panoramic view of the city from above, feeling the bridge between Dubai’s past and future. After Dubai Frame, we head to Miracle Garden, the world’s largest flower garden, with 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. Walk among the flowers, see themed arrangements, and take stunning photos for Instagram. Finally, we go to Outlet Mall, where you can shopping at branded outlet stores, with a wide range of electronic products and fashion items, offering good quality and affordable prices. You will have free time here to shop and enjoy the mall before returning to the hotel or the airport at the designated time.
Day 7: Dubai - IstanbulAfter free time, transfer to the airport. Complete baggage and check-in procedures, then depart on Jet Airways VF222 scheduled at 04:55 to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul at 08:55 local time, marking the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
-The specified hotel category and similar will be presented, and the exact hotel name will be announced with notice 48 hours before the tour departure.
-In order to benefit from advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
-Extra tours require a minimum of 15 participants. If fewer than 15 participate, prices may vary or tours may be conducted using metro transportation.
-Regarding our Abu Dhabi tour; men are advised not to wear shorts, women should avoid sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. For mosque visits, long-sleeved clothing and a headscarf are required. Lunch is not included, and time will be given for free during the tour.
-In our desert safari tour; appropriate clothing, comfortable and sportswear, and a jacket are recommended. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Participants with stomach, back, or neck issues, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
In cases where the program indicates only category information without specific hotel names or offers multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before departure.
In Dubai programs, the guide will meet the guests in Dubai. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tour and round-trip transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding is included for those as well. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests.
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date by the Outgoing Tour.
Visa applications are required for Turkish citizens. For visa, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return, and applications must be made with the specified documents at our agency. Although documents are submitted to the consulate during visa application, the consulate may deny or limit the visa without explanation or may issue the visa at a later date. Visa service fees are non-refundable. Green passport holders do not require a visa, just a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. Having a visa does not guarantee entry; border control has the authority to refuse entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such issues; responsibility rests with the traveler.
Travelers with a T.C. green passport, if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, must renew it. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and airline flights may be canceled. Responsibility in such cases lies with the traveler.
Green passport holders do not require a visa; just need a passport valid for at least 6 months after the trip's end.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry, border security has the authority to refuse entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such issues; responsibility lies with the traveler.
-For damaged, torn, stained, or otherwise compromised passports (including those that are worn out), it is necessary to renew the passport and, if the country requires a visa, to have the new visa in the new passport. Responsibility in such cases is on the traveler.
-Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should carry an authorization document from the non-traveling parent, as border control may ask for consent during entry/exit procedures. We advise parents and minors to be attentive to this matter.
Tour panoramic city tours included are generally 2-3 hours and cover the general introduction of the cities via vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. If, due to restrictions, closures, or weather conditions, such tours cannot be performed, Outgoing Tour is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted.
Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between our travelers and airlines, and operates under the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before departure; all times should be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to departure. Travelers purchase with awareness and acceptance of possible schedule changes.
For Dubai Visa applications, Outgoing Tour is the sponsor/cassador. Therefore, to benefit from our package prices, visa procedures should be carried out by Outgoing Tour.
