Meet at the FREEBIRD AIRLINES counter at the International Departure Terminal of Diyarbakır Airport at 08:00. After ticket and exit procedures are completed at the airport, departure for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 11:00 on FREEBIRD Airlines flight FH 9020. Arriving in Cairo at local time 13:00, we will have a panoramic city tour during which we will have the opportunity to see major tourist spots such as Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat’s Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will transfer to our hotel.

After breakfast in the morning, we will start our enjoyable journey to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, which takes about 7 hours, at the time determined by our guide. After arriving, we will proceed to our hotel. You will be informed about the tours and activities that you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. IMPORTANT NOTES
● During the mosque visit, it is important to note that men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is necessary to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for the mosque visit.
● Important notes for the Desert Safari tour; wearing sports and comfortable clothes, bringing a sweater. It is recommended not to eat heavy meals before the tour and avoid excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, and neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions.
● In order to benefit from advantageous travel package prices, the payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
● Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the prices of the tours may change, or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
● Prices may change for optional tours depending on the density of the region or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide are valid for optional tours.
● Since VB processing is conducted in the program, or only category information is provided without specifying names and/or for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours prior to the travel date.
● The guide is supposed to welcome you at the destination you will visit, and the included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during optional tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the time indicated by the guide.
● Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance about the cancellation or changes to optional tours. The cancellation or refund for the requested optional tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During events such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the travel date.
● Panoramic city tours included in our programs do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees and are held with a maximum of 2-3 hours guided tours for the general introduction of the cities.
● Panoramic tours and other specified tours may not be possible if the local authorities close the places to be visited or if the access roads are closed due to any events or weather conditions, in which case BTB Tours will not be responsible for this. Some tours may be conducted on foot or via public transport due to inaccessible roads or entry points.
● Guides meet guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
● The hotels mentioned in the program are sold as available, and the availability of hotels may vary in peak seasons or during special periods. As a result, another similar hotel may be provided without guaranteeing the hotel name.
● Guests are encouraged not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn-out currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for optional tours cannot be made with old banknotes that banks will not accept.
● Since optional tour purchases are made in USD at the respective destination, the same application for USD-EUR parity will be applied.
● Our package tours are aimed at abroad, and guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.

● GENERAL TERMS
● The tour program announced at the time of reservation is mandatory to be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and responsibilities below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information given. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles beforehand.
● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport issuance date is over 10 years old must renew their passport; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be able to have their flights conducted by the air carrier from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS can assume no responsibility.
● To prevent issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, damp, or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and T.C. citizens applying for visas must have the relevant visa on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the date of return flight. In the contrary, it will be the guests' responsibility if there is an obstruction.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between guests and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visa issuance in certain circumstances, and BTB TOURS has no responsibilities regarding guests not obtaining a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility and imposes no penalties. Consumers have registered for the tour after accepting these conditions.
● When BTB TOURS conducts visa applications on behalf of guests, it is necessary for the guests to check the accuracy of the information on the issued visas. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in writing on the visa and issues that may cause barriers to travel.
● Normally, it takes 1 business day to obtain the documents required by our guests who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests should schedule their appointments and periods accordingly, considering this time frame; otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for possible inconveniences.
● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest acquires their visa through BTB TOUR's visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons; the passenger can receive the remaining amount of money by presenting their passport after proving that they did not use their visa within a week of the visa expiration date, excluding the fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar charges. If the guest obtains the visa through their means or with help from a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour, no refund will be made to the guest.
● Route changes may occur based on the city to which the aircraft will land. It is possible for the type of flight and time to change, and in hotels, availability may vary during peak seasons or special periods. In such cases, guests have agreed to accept the risk of flight and hotel changes at the time of contract.
● Triple occupancy rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; this is done by the hotel based on availability if suitable rooms exist.
● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
● Breakfast offered in hotels is continental and not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number indicated in the passport must be provided and entered into the system. Tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees arising from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.
● It is mandatory for our guests to have a travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and lasts until the day after the tour, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may receive fines from the relevant country’s police. The responsibility for any penalties faced due to not having the insurance lies with the guests.
● Due to inter-country diplomatic relations, being admitted to some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or entering from the border for some individuals. In such cases, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility; this is acknowledged by the parties.
● To ensure that group trips yield economic and time benefits, guests who do not want to participate in optional tours conducted along the route must wait at a nearby facility until the tour ends. At the end of the tour, the bus will pick them up and continue our excursion.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City and optional tours may be held on different days, provided the content remains the same; BTB TOURS is obliged to present guests with the most suitable alternatives. Optional tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If the necessary majority is not achieved, optional tours may not be conducted, or price changes may occur.
● Tours or excursions that local authorities have not authorized are not made. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such excursions or tours.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and a single ticket is arranged for the round trip. Missing or not using the outbound flight automatically voids the return flight as well. In such cases, the airline company's rules apply.
● Last-minute flight delays and gate changes can happen; at airports, such information is displayed on information boards/screens and should be monitored by individuals. In such a situation or from personal causes, if a flight is missed, the guest must pay for a new ticket (if necessary, to be taken as a return ticket) themselves. Additionally, if the group has already left, the guest may miss the first day's program partially or entirely; the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, in the case of a different flight taken by the guest to the same city/country, the transfers from the airport to the city or hotel are also the guest's responsibility.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and provided availability exists with the respective airline for the designated flight. Since tickets in our programs are in group class, for upgrading the desired ticket, the fare indicated by the airline must be paid, and the ticket must be changed from group class to available economy class. The responsibility for the price difference occurring in this situation falls on the guest. Group tickets in our programs are generally issued a few days before departure.
● To use your mobile phone abroad, guests should check with their GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure their line is open for international calls and receiving calls.
● During your travels, make sure you have all your belongings when temporarily or entirely leaving the transportation vehicles and accommodations used.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the flight routes and/or the airline due to circumstances they deem necessary while maintaining the program's content.
● BTB TOURS retains the right to change hotel names while keeping the same category.
● BTB TOURS is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings during the tour.
● Children under 18 who are traveling with their mothers need a consent letter from their fathers, and those traveling with their fathers need a consent letter from their mothers, and if they are traveling with a third party, they need consent letters from both parents. In case the flight cannot be executed due to the absence of the consent letter, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
