1ST DAY ISTANBUL – BILBAO
Meeting with our esteemed guests in front of the Pegasus Airlines check-in counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. After check-in and baggage procedures, flight to Bilbao. Following our arrival, panoramic city tour of Bilbao. The places we will see during our tour include the Government House, City Hall, Bilbao Fine Arts Museum, San Anton Church, Santiago Cathedral, and the Guggenheim Museum. After the tour, free time and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
2.DAY BILBAO – BORDEAUX
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we move to Bordeaux, but beforehand, guests who wish can join the Biarritz & San Sebastian Tour organized by our guide on the route (65€ per person). In this tour, we will visit Biarritz, one of France's most famous surf centers, which became the most sought-after vacation city of the period thanks to the summer palace built by Napoleon for his wife, along with Basque-style triangular houses, art deco villas, and historical buildings. After the Biarritz city tour, we move to San Sebastian, the most famous city of the Basque region. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour of Bordeaux is conducted. The places we will see include Concha Beach, City Hall, and the Kursaal Palace, which hosts the San Sebastian Film Festival. After the tour, we move to Bordeaux. Upon arrival in Bordeaux, we will have a panoramic city tour of Bordeaux, where we will see places like Rohan Palace, St. Andrew Cathedral, the Great Bell Tower, the Garonne River, Pierre Bridge, Exchange Square, Aquitaine Museum, and St. Michel Basilica. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
3. DAY BORDEAUX – TOULOUSE
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we move to Toulouse, but beforehand, guests who wish can join the Albi Tour organized by our guide on the route (45€ per person). In this tour, we will have the opportunity to see Albi, the most famous town in the Pyrenees region of France. Albi was heavily damaged as a result of the Albigensian Crusades, which began in 1209. After the Albigensian Crusades, it came under the political and cultural dominance of Northern France and the religious dominance of the Catholic Church. During our city tour here, we will see Sainte-Cecile Cathedral, the 22 August 1944 Bridge named after the day Paris was freed from enemy occupation, the Pont Vieux (Old Bridge), and the Berbie Palace built by Bishop Bernard de Castanet. After our tour, we head to Toulouse. Upon arrival in Toulouse, panoramic city tour of Toulouse will be conducted. During our city tour, we will explore the charming streets and buildings of the city by walking from the Capitole Square. We will visit Saint Sernin Basilica, which was built in Roman style and is the largest of its kind, the Jacobins Monastery, one of the finest examples from the 14th century in the southern region, and the Capitole Municipal Building. 4. DAY TOULOUSE – MARSEILLE
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we move to Marseille, but beforehand, guests who wish can join the extra Carcassonne Tour (45€ per person). You will feel as if you have journeyed back to the Middle Ages during this visit to one of the most magnificent fortified cities that has survived to the present day, which was repaired in 1997 and added to UNESCO's World Heritage List. After our tour, our journey to Marseille continues. After our arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour, where we will see landmarks such as the 19th-century Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, the Old Port, and the Marseille Cathedral. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
5. DAY MARSEILLE
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we move for an extra tour, which is optional for our guests, to Aix-en-Provence & Avignon & Arles Tour (100€ per person). Our first stop is Aix-en-Provence, which dazzles us with its natural beauty. The tour will include the Fountain of the Dolphins, Albertas Fountain and the Markets of Cardeurs, Saint Sauveur Cathedral, and Cours Mirabeau. Next, we will visit the city of Avignon. Since 1947, every July, the Theater Festival (Festival d’Avignon) is held here, and we will see the medieval city walls, the Papal Palace (Palais des Papes), and the globally renowned Pont St. Bénézet Bridge (Pont d’Avignon), which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Our next stop is Arles, a city known for housing some of Van Gogh’s most important paintings, such as "Starry Night" and "Langlois Bridge with Women with Umbrellas," and is also noted as the place where he severed his ear in a fit of rage. We will visit the impressive Roman amphitheater that holds 25,000 people and its charming narrow streets. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
6. DAY MARSEILLE – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at our hotel, transfer to Marseille Airport. After completing the check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.
