1- On some dates, your tour may take place with different flights of Pegasus Airlines. In this case, our company will contact you to request confirmation, and then the tickets will be issued.
2- You must confirm your flight times from our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We have no liability for domestic tickets that you arrange and purchase without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the date of publication and may reflect changes in costs due to supplier price increases, exchange rates, tax changes, and admission fee increases before your tour. In such cases, the new prices on the final program sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour date will apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

5- The routes of the bus and plane may change without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests staying alone or two male guests sharing the same room are not accepted in Rixos hotel groups. Only reservations for single women, two women, or mixed couples are accepted.

SEASCOPE / SEMISUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide a standard glass-bottomed boat tour to observe underwater life in the Red Sea as part of your tour package. However, in recent years in Egypt, the trend is the SeaScope, which are semisubmarine vessels that are much more modern and larger, and the underwater section of which is made of glass, thus promising a much more beautiful underwater experience for its guests.

DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos at the natural wonder of lagoons where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (the facility entrance fee, one non-alcoholic beverage per person, sunbed and umbrella fees are included)

If you want to have exciting moments filled with activities and take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend you to join this exciting tour, which includes the Dahab Blue Lagoon visit along with ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel riding, Dahab city center and a sumptuous lunch by the sea. First, we will visit the cute town of Dahab on the coast of the Red Sea. Afterwards, we have our lunch in a very pleasant restaurant by the sea. Afterwards, we head to the 3 Pools area where we will give you free time to snorkel. (One non-alcoholic beverage is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the experience of riding a camel. (is included in the price) Finally, we will have an exciting desert safari with ATV through the oasis filled with green palm trees. The Sinai Desert and the Mountain Ranges offer breathtaking views. During our ATV ride, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and obtain information about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmets, Bedouin tea offered are included, other beverages and scarves are not included.)
If there is a sufficient number, a Turkish guide will accompany you, and the transfer vehicle will only host guests selected by our company.
Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo (Prices vary based on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will collect our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart from our hotel to Cairo after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, which is one of the wonders of the world and is among the most sought-after locations. During the tour, we will view the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which reflects countless mysterious technical and architectural features, the Panorama Hill, Khafre, Mykerinos, and the pyramids that are tombs for the Queen and other nobles, capturing beautiful photos. After that, we will see the Kafra Burial complex, the most important part of which is the Kafra Valley Temple where mummification was performed, and the Sphinx. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will also visit the Papyrus Workshop and Natural Perfume Factory during our tour.Opened in November 2025 with dazzling shows, the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) has become a focus of interest for travelers and culture/history lovers from all over the world. Since its opening, this prominent museum has attracted a lot of interest and accepts a limited number of visitors each day. You can visit the Pyramid Valley at no additional cost included in your package. However, we recommend that you buy this very important museum tour in advance from us to guarantee your admission, which we believe is a must-see while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will go to the Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in the African continent. The market is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo and in the district known as “Beyn-al Kasreyn”, founded by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo along with Amr Ibn el As. The El Ezher Mosque, which bears the name of the second oldest madrasa in the world, and Hussein Mosque, one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo, are here. During your visit to the bazaar, you can visit Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of the more than five thousand shops and alleys, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at the café named after the world-famous writer Naguib Mahfouz, or Fishawi, another favorite spot of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We will return to Sharm by bus. Since we will arrive late at night on the bus tour, your dinner will be prepared as a cold platter in your rooms. This may not be necessary for the flight tour.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can get a visa upon arrival at the airport in Sharm (25 USD). A visa is not required for Green Passport holders. A minimum number of participants is required; you can get the necessary information from your guide. If you wish, you can also do this tour as a round-trip flight at the same price, but in this case, the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can buy your ticket yourself or ask our representative for help.
GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-There may be a price difference for either English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that tour.
2- Once the guest purchases a tour, the necessary reservations are made, and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the tour he/she has purchased;
A-If he/she and/or a person staying in the same room have a health problem confirmed by a doctor's report, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
B-Refunds of 50% of the fee paid will be made for cancellations made 25 hours before the tour departure.
C-Refunds will not be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-If the guest is not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time, he/she can join the tour by reaching another point on their own. If he/she chooses not to prefer this or if it is not possible due to the tour's content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours collect guests from different hotels, if there are delays, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour's content or duration and cannot be cited as grounds for cancellation; therefore, no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-The necessary information will be provided by our authorized personnel regarding the hours of free time and stops during the tour. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period if it does not affect the tour flow or to continue. In other cases, the guest may catch up with the tour at the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best in terms of cost/quality balance based on our years of experience in Egypt, and have been certified by the Egyptian authorized authorities according to International Tourism Standards. In case of insufficient and/or defective service during our tours and activities; since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by us, immediate interventions solve the mentioned problems and/or partial or full refunds may be made depending on the problem.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, or technical failures leading to delays.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health problems, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel about the conditions of the tour and decide whether to participate accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/ motorcycle safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents that can lead to serious injury and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. When you participate in these types of tours and activities, make sure you are aware of these risks; if you have doubts, please get information from our authorized personnel. If you are still not sure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When you participate in these types of tours and activities, we ask that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere to the specified precautions, and wear the safety equipment provided as needed. Otherwise, you will put yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing at places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are denied entry to such places due to clothing issues.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarf, and shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- You must inform your guide about food allergies or other allergies, as well as special dietary needs for health reasons. In such special situations, please be aware that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly advise you to refrain from drinking open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged foods sold openly. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you might experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- We highly recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for your travels, both domestically and internationally.
