Amsterdam Tour - With Pegasus Airlines - 3 Nights
Day 1 ISTANBUL – AMSTERDAM
We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s international departure terminal three hours prior to our flight. After the baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we board Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight to Amsterdam. Upon our arrival at the airport, we transfer to our special bus waiting for us. Then we set off for our panoramic city tour of Amsterdam. Places to see include Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Leidseplein. After the tour, we transfer to your hotel in Amsterdam and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2 AMSTERDAM
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the optional tour of Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn (100 Euro) for interested guests. During the tour, we will explore the historic houses and docks of Volendam, an old fishing village, and then visit Marken, a small island. Following that, we’ll proceed to Giethoorn, known as the Venice of the North. As you wander through Giethoorn, which resembles a postcard and looks like a fairy tale village crafted by Hobbits, you will feel in a completely different ambiance. After the tour, we transfer to your hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 AMSTERDAM
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the optional tour of Bruges (100 Euro) for interested guests. We will have the opportunity to see the market square and the Belfry Tower in this charming medieval town known for its lace and tapestries, as well as enjoy the exquisite view of Bruges city. After the tour, we transfer to your hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 AMSTERDAM – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel and depending on the flight schedule, we transfer to the airport for the flight back to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. Upon our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services conclude.
PC1254 AMS-SAW 15:55 – 21:20 It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
For visa applications, it is required to submit the passport which is valid for at least 6 months and the required documents as listed in the documents required for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, at least 1 month prior to the tour departure date with written approval.
In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be made outside of the committed distance and region. In such cases, information will be provided to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
Visas must be obtained from the first country entered into the tour or the country of maximum accommodation; otherwise, the agency is not responsible if passport control does not allow entry into the country.
In the case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance costs are non-refundable.
The agency only serves as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and assumes no responsibility for any reason why the visa may not be approved, may not arrive on time, or if there are errors in the visa; passengers have no right to compensation from the agency.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. No-show fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane will land may vary. The agency is not liable for any changes in flight times or possible delays due to the airline.
Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not the agency's responsibility for any changes in domestic connecting flights.
For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage weight is 20Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country being traveled to. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
In the case of insufficient number of participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer at least 21 days in advance.
The route indicated in the tour program is an example route and there may be changes in the tour route.
City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days according to the arrival time in the city.
The excursions mentioned in the programs may be held on days other than the specified days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Additional tours on the route will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the break location.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours can only be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; otherwise, at the discretion of the guide and if necessary, prices may be adjusted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
All hotel names mentioned in the programs are indicative (V.B. and similar) and are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be at the named hotel.
In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or may be a foldable extra bed.
During your travel, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving the transport you are using and the hotels you are staying at.
Child discounts only apply to children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, are not accompanied by either one or both of their parents on the tour, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents during the trip.
In the case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
