The services included in the price vary according to the type of package purchased by the guest. Package types must be purchased during the reservation. They cannot be changed after the reservation is made. Price and availability inquiries are required for domestic connections. Extra tour prices specified in the tour program are per person prices. Extra tours along the route occur with the participation of at least 6 people. Guests who do not participate are kept at a rest stop, resting facility, etc. In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc., the accommodation can be outside the city. In such cases, the hotel region will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departs. VISA must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where the maximum stay is planned; otherwise, the passport control may deny entry. The agent is not responsible for entry refusal. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The agent only acts as an intermediary between the client and the consulate, and is not responsible if the visa is denied, delayed, or contains errors. Passengers cannot claim compensation from the agent. The agent is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol, maintaining the same star category. During registration, the information on the passport such as name, date of birth, passport number must be entered into the system. The air tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect data will result in ticket cancellation or change fees charged to the guest. Flight times may change before the departure and all guests must confirm them in writing by calling the central office 48 hours before the scheduled departure date. The city of arrival may differ from the scheduled city. The airline may change flight times or experience delays, for which the agent is not responsible. The passenger is responsible for confirming their flight times and routes. The agent is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights or delays due to scheduling changes. Group tickets follow airline rules; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either. For flights departing from Turkey, the baggage weight is 20kg. This can vary by airline and destination country. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a weight limit of 15kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agent. If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour will be canceled at least 21 days prior, and the consumer will be notified. The itinerary provided is a sample route, and may be subject to changes during the tour. City tours may be scheduled for the next day or days depending on arrival times. Additional excursions along the route are held with the participation of at least 6 persons. Guests who choose not to participate are kept at a rest stop. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, accommodations may be outside the city. Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Alternative tours may be carried out with a minimum participation of 20 persons; with fewer participants, they can be organized at the discretion of the guide with adjusted prices. The agent is not responsible if such tours cannot be organized. Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices. The agent reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star categories remain the same. All hotel names in the program are placeholders (e.g., V.B.) and are intended only for example of star rating and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be in the named hotel. Additional beds may be provided in 3-person rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or a fold-out extra bed. In some European cities, 3-person rooms may be replaced by a double room + single room provided by the hotels. Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
