- During the tour, it is sufficient to have euros for shopping and expenses in all the countries visited. In regions where local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement seat rotation daily, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days to bring in goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits over 22%), 2 liters (spirits 22% or less, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolates and Candies: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- Due to weather and road conditions, guides may change the program while showing all specified places in the itinerary.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If canceled within 30 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, 100% penalty. Documents such as hospital reports or work permits provided by Turkey cannot be accepted for cancellations related to accommodations or services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice is given 20 days before the tour's start date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- If only category information is provided without specific hotel names or options for the same destination, hotel details will be communicated 2 days before the departure by Viyatravel.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform customers at least 15 days prior to departure.
- Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability. These rooms have beds smaller than standard beds. They consist of one large bed and an additional bed, which can be a folding, bunk, or coach bed. Participants accept possible discomfort or bed types in such rooms for children and third persons. Child discounts apply only for a single child sharing with two adults within age groups.
- Services included in the tour, such as breakfasts at hotels, are generally continental, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are short tours (maximum 2-3 hours) without entrance fees to museums or historical sites, organized for general city introduction. These tours, along with other specified tours, may be canceled or altered due to weather, local authority restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at border crossings during travels may occur, and Viyatravel is not responsible for delays.
- Additional optional tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If insufficient, tours may not be conducted, and costs may vary based on content, vehicle type, and participants. Schedules and destinations may change due to museum or site closures or weather conditions.
- Participating in extra tours is optional. Guests who do not wish to join will wait at a designated rest area on the route. Those not participating will be transported back from the rest point after the tour.
- Airline tour participants must complete check-in and boarding procedures personally, either at the airport check-in counters or online before departure.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who fail to arrive at the airport on time or miss their flights, resulting in a missed tour. Rescheduling or additional expenses for new tickets or transfers are the responsibility of the passenger.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary with airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays may occur, and schedules can change before the trip. Passengers acknowledge these risks. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or service fees.
- The vehicle types used during the tours are classified as follows based on passenger numbers: Coaches (25-46 persons): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna; Midibuses (17-24 persons): Isuzu Tourkuaz, Otokar Mega; Minibuses (up to 16 persons): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter.
- All guests are deemed to have accepted the above terms when purchasing the tour.
