Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – Baku
Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, board Ajet Airlines flight number VF177 departing for Baku at 13:25. Arrive in Baku at 17:15 local time. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we begin to explore Baku, where East meets West, and history melds with modern architecture in a perfect harmony. Our program starts at Highland Park, one of the most impressive panoramic points in the city. From here, we can see the Caspian Sea, Flame Towers, and the mesmerizing skyline of Baku; we immortalize these unique sights with photo breaks. During our ongoing city tour, we will see the Baku Olympic Stadium, which hosts international events and is noted for its modern architecture, the SOCAR Tower, which symbolizes Azerbaijan's energy power and has become one of the city’s silhouettes, Governor’s Garden, one of Baku's oldest and most organized green spaces, the Government House with its magnificent architecture surviving from the Soviet era, and the State Philharmonic Hall, considered the heart of the city’s cultural and artistic life, all viewed panoramically. We'll also experience parts of the world-famous Formula 1 city circuit in Baku, which introduces us to modern Baku's athletic and organizational face. Our tour continues along Baku Boulevard along the coastline of the Caspian Sea. On the way, we will see the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum with its striking architecture. Following this, free time is given at Nizami Street (Torgovaya), one of the most vibrant and popular areas of the city, where guests can enjoy pleasant moments among historical buildings, chic cafes, and shops. After free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay in our hotel. Guests wishing to can participate in the Azerbaijan Night (75 USD) organized extra.

Day 2 Baku ( Modern Baku and Old City)
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join a guided city tour of Baku (55 USD). The tour begins with a panoramic view of the White City, one of the symbols of modern Baku, where information about the city’s contemporary architecture and new living spaces will be provided. The tour continues with a visit to the Military Trophy Park (entry included) to learn about Azerbaijan's recent history and national values; after the tour, free time will be given for shopping and relaxation, visiting one of Baku's prominent shopping centers. Following this, we will visit the Modern Art Museum (entry included) to view works by Azerbaijani artists, followed by a photo break at the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. The tour will continue with a short excursion around Governor's Garden and the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall, and at the end of the day, we will visit the Old City (Icheri Sheher), which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. In this area, we will see the Shirvanshahs Palace, the Maiden Tower, historical caravanserais, mosques, and traditional baths from the outside and deeply feel the historical atmosphere. After the program, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay in our hotel.

Day 3 Baku – ( Gobustan and First Oil Well )
After breakfast at the hotel, an optional tour will be organized (45 USD) to visit the legendary Gobustan National Reserve, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List (entrance included). We will see petroglyphs dating back approximately 10,000 years and get detailed information about Gobustan's history, geological structure, flora, and fauna in the modern, interactive museum before the visit. On the return trip, we will have panoramic views of the Flag Square, Crystal Hall, and the area of the world’s first mechanical oil well (1846) and Bibi-Heybat Mosque.
After breakfast at the hotel, an optional tour will be organized (45 USD) to visit the legendary Gobustan National Reserve, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List (entrance included). - It is sufficient to have Euros to make purchases and expenditures in all the countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred throughout the trip. It is advisable to carry a sweater or similar clothing for the night.
- Our tours implement a daily seating rotation, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (like alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
- The duty-free shopping limit for entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol content, wine, and champagne) , Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including those with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne) , Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- The guides in the tour program may change the course of the program based on weather and road conditions, with the condition of showing all places mentioned in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to a free cancellation up to 30 days prior. In case of less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of 20 days or less remaining, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports, work leave certificates, etc., submitted along with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of services from Turkey or the hotel and services to be taken outside of Turkey.
-Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum of 25 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notice is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
-In cases where the information is given only by category without specifying names and/or options are found for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
-During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms will be provided subject to the availability of the hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are considered to be folding or coach beds, thus the tour participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the potential inconvenience and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child within the applicable age group staying with 2 adults.
-The included services in the tour program, breakfasts provided in the hotel are generally offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and may be served in a separate hall assigned for groups.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are guided descriptions conducted from the vehicle, not including museum or ancient site entrances, lasting at most 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not be conducted if local authorities do not permit visiting the places mentioned in the program or if there are closed roads due to any event or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be done by public transport or walking where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- The waiting times at customs gates during land transitions may exceed the standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by local providers of Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles for extra trips may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums or ancient sites to be visited are open/closed and the weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at an available rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
- Passengers participating in flight tours must personally conduct their check-in and boarding procedures, either at the respective airline counters at the airports or online through the airline's websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not perform their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have checked in and boarded on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for those who miss the flight are the responsibility of the passengers.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary agency between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the trip. Viyatravel is obliged to inform the passenger of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of hour changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
