Day 01 / January 4, 2027 / Istanbul – Cologne, Germany
Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 06:00. After check-in and passport procedures, we will fly to Cologne on flight TK 1671 at 09:10. Arrival at local time 10:35. After passport and customs procedures, we will start our first city tour of Cologne with our vehicle. During the walking tour, we will explore the world-famous gothic masterpiece, Cologne Cathedral, and its surroundings. After the free time we will have in the city center, we will proceed with our boarding procedures for the cruise. After the captain's welcome cocktail and briefing, we will have dinner. Day 02 / January 5, 2027 / Bonn, Germany
After breakfast on our ship, we will start our tour of Bonn with our guide. Our walking tour of Bonn, which has a history of 2000 years, will include stops at Bonn Basilica, Beethoven's birth house (from the outside), and the churches where Beethoven played the organ. After free time in the city center, we will return to our ship for lunch. In the afternoon, our ship will set sail, accompanied by beautiful views.
Day 03 / January 6, 2027 / Nijmegen / Arnhem, Netherlands
This morning, our ship will dock in Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands. We will stay in this port until lunchtime, where we will have a walking tour with our guide to learn about the history of the oldest city in the Netherlands. After the tour, during lunch, our ship will set sail towards Arnhem. After the meal, we will have a tour in Arnhem that will include a visit to the world-renowned Open Air Museum, intriguing for everyone interested in art and nature. After the tour, we will return to our ship. Our vessel will set sail after dinner.
Day 04 / January 7, 2027 / Rotterdam (The Hague) / Dordrecht, Netherlands
Our ship will dock early in the morning at the historical port city of Rotterdam. After breakfast on board, we will start our full-day tour of Rotterdam, The Hague & Mauritshuis Museum. First, we will see the Cube Houses and Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam. Following a short journey, we will visit The Hague (Den Haag) and the International Court of Justice (from the outside) and the city center. Lastly, we will explore Mauritshuis, which hosts some of the world’s most famous artworks by Rembrandt and Vermeer, where we will learn about these magnificent pieces. After the tour, we will return to our ship before dinner in Dordrecht. Our vessel will set sail during dinner towards our final port, Amsterdam.
Day 05 / January 8, 2027 / Amsterdam, Netherlands
This morning, our ship will dock at its final destination, Amsterdam. After breakfast, we will proceed with our Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour with our guide. In the afternoon, we will have free time in Amsterdam city center. You can be enchanted by the handmade light sculptures and decorations that will be throughout the city for the Amsterdam Light Festival. Overnight on our docked ship in Amsterdam.
Day 06 / January 9, 2027 / Amsterdam, Netherlands
After breakfast on the ship, we will visit the national Rijks Museum, the largest and most famous museum in the Netherlands, with our guide. You can see works by Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and Vermeer in this museum, which has the largest collection from the Dutch Golden Age. In the afternoon, we will have free time for shopping in Amsterdam city center. This evening, you are invited to the concert of the world-famous violin virtuoso and composer Andre Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra at the Ziggo Dome!
Day 07 / January 10, 2027 / Amsterdam, Netherlands – Istanbul
After breakfast on the ship, we will carry out our disembarkation procedures. Transfer to Amsterdam Airport. After completing passport and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on flight TK 1958 at 14:45. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 20:10 Turkey time, and the end of our tour.
- The times specified in the program are obtained from Turkish Airlines and Amadeus River Cruises. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any changes in the times.
- The Andre Rieu & Johann Strauss Orchestra Concert will be held on January 9, 2027, at the Ziggo Dome. Although it is unlikely, in the event of cancellation or postponement of the promised concert for any reason, a refund of 100 € per person will be given to all guests who purchased tickets for the concert that could not be held. All other services promised in the tour will still be valid. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, our agency has no responsibility, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to accept this condition in advance.
- Cruise travel is one of the most hygienic and supervised forms of tourism. It is considered accepted that all our guests undertake to comply with all rules, especially hygiene and cleaning, which will be specified by the cruise company during their travels.
- Tour participants must be physically and mentally fit for travel during the trip. If guests who are not fit for travel risk the safety of travel, the cruise company reserves the right to deny boarding or remove them from the tour, and our agency has no responsibility in such cases. All guests participating in the tour are deemed to accept this condition.
- One of the dinners you will have during the river cruise is an official dinner. On these evenings, male guests wishing to dine are expected to wear shirts and jackets, while female guests are expected to attend in elegant dresses. For the concert night, attendees are also expected to dress elegantly suitable for a classical music concert.
- The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change routes and port schedules before or during the tour. In the event of route changes due to force majeure, such as weather or water level, changes will be made as closely as possible to the original program, and the agency cannot be held responsible for such changes.
- During check-in to the ship, passports must be submitted at the ship's reception when receiving cabin keys. Also, cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship. You will be able to make your onboard purchases (for drinks, beverages, or alcoholic beverages) using the room cards provided by the ship's reception and your signature. All your expenses will be charged to your room on the final day, and you can pay with a credit card or cash before disembarking the ship. The total service charge for the ship's staff will also be added to your cabin account in the statement left in your cabin.
- Your luggage will be collected at the check-in area and delivered to your cabins one by one. Although this process is usually done quickly, we recommend that you keep your important documents and supplies, such as medications, in a separate bag with you.
- It is essential to adhere to the ship's departure times. The arrival and departure times for each port will be included in the daily bulletin left in your rooms. Boarding the ship must be done at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time at each port. Otherwise, you may miss the ship's departure time. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
- At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage and leave them in front of your cabin by midnight (by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins). After our disembarkation procedures, our group's luggage will be lined up next to the transfer vehicles. We kindly ask each guest to check their own luggage and assist with loading it onto the vehicle. Detailed information will also be provided by your guide on the ship.
- Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the end date of the tour; it must also be intact and not torn.
- Responsibility for obtaining the necessary visa for the tour lies with our guests; our agency is not responsible for participants being unable to join the tour due to visa rejection, incorrect visa, or similar reasons, and the stated cancellation conditions will apply. A Schengen visa is required for this tour.
- All guests must have their round-trip flight and cruise tickets with them throughout their travels.
- Guests are advised to enable international usage on their mobile phones.
- EURO currency and credit cards are used on the ship.
- The final version of the tour schedule will be communicated to you with the travel details before the trip. In necessary cases, the content and order of the tours may be changed by the guide.
- Cancellation conditions: According to the cancellation conditions of our special package program, cancellation requests made by the passenger will incur a service fee of 200 € based on confirmation, 25% of the total tour cost inclusive of taxes 120-90 days before the tour date, 50% 89-60 days before, 75% 59-30 days before, and 100% 29-0 days before the tour as a cancellation fee.
