Please be at the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Departures Terminal by 11:10 AM . After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF 257 at 14:10 to the exotic holiday destination of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Upon arrival at the local time of 16:50, we will proceed to our hotel. After check-in, you will settle into your rooms. Our guide will provide information about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. You can enjoy the activities at your hotel for the rest of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
2nd Day: Sharm El SheikhAfter breakfast in the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join our extra tours for Sea Scope (Sea Observation) and ATV Desert Safari. Overnight at our hotel.

Starting with pickup from your hotel, this fun-filled tour will last approximately 2 hours where you will dance among the desert sands with four-wheeled ATV quad bikes, taking photo breaks during the magnificent sunset to immortalize the moments and you will have the chance to ride a camel in the desert. At our final stop in a Bedouin tent, we will take a break with tea and then return to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. 3rd Day: Sharm El SheikhAfter breakfast, you will have free time. Guests who wish can participate in extra tours organized today. They can join our boat trip to Ras Mohamed and (City Tour with Meal) tours. Overnight at our hotel.

You are invited to a boat tour where you will closely explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world within the Ras Mohamed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and your tour will start from Ras Mohamed National Park. You can swim with snorkels guided by diving experts among the coral reefs. Additionally, you will visit "White Island," a naturally formed white sand island. Here you can take photos and take care of yourself with the sands believed to have healing properties. Lunch will be served in an open buffet style during the tour. Drinks are included with the meal. 4th Day: Sharm El Sheikh- CairoAfter an early breakfast, we will head towards Cairo, the capital of Egypt, with an enjoyable journey lasting approximately 7 hours, after which we will have a panoramic city tour during which we will have the opportunity to see notable tourist spots such as Cairo Castle, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat’s Monument, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Historical Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Market, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, there will be free time. Overnight at our hotel.
5th Day: CairoAfter breakfast, you will have free time. At the time determined by our guide, guests who wish can participate in the extra tours for Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum and dinner boat on the Nile tour. Afterward, at the time given by our guide, we will transfer to the airport.

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and one of the richest museums in the world, the New Cairo Museum. We will have our lunch in a local restaurant. The entrance fees to the Pyramids area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks to be taken during the meal are extra.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy our dinner with live music while also taking the chance to appreciate the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks during the meal are extra.
6th Day: Cairo- IstanbulAfter ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF248 begins at 02:40. After arriving at 04:55 local time, our journey comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.

***Sales of extra tour packages are only made by our guide in the area, we do not have extra tour package sales from Turkey.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from advantageous group tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours only operate with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may vary or may be conducted via metro. Our guide has the right to change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on region density or period. The prices during the purchase of extra tours from the guide will be valid.
- In cases where only category information is provided in our programs without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
- Our programs will have a guide meeting at the destination, the package includes guiding service only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes regarding extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are done with a guide’s narration from within the vehicle, not including entry to museums or monuments, and are typically 2-3 hours long.
- For tours and other tours specified in the program, BTB Tours is not responsible for failing to perform the tours due to the closure of the sites to be visited by local authorities, road closures on the itinerary due to any event, or bad weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where access is denied.
- Our tour programs include a guide meeting at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the collection time given by the guide.
- The hotels specified in the program are offered for sale, and the availability at hotels may change during peak season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
- We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by currency differences. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be possible with the old types of currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the foreign language proficiency of the guests is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must also communicate the general terms and obligations listed below to the guests. BTB TOURS shall not be responsible for complaints arising from this informing. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if their passport issuance date is over 10 years old; they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or flight operations may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- Torn, worn, wet and/or damaged passports may cause problems with customs police at the border of the country being visited; thus, such passports should be renewed, and if the country the T.C. citizens are visiting requires a visa, the visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of any obstacle, the liability belongs to the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary.
- When BTB TOURS submits a visa application on behalf of the guest, it is the responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the information on the visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typos on the visa that could obstruct the flight.
- For guests who will make their own visa application, it generally takes 1 business day to obtain the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.). Guests must take this period into account when scheduling appointments. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays.
- If a guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to join the tour, the visa fee and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can obtain a refund of the amount paid to the consulates, except for the fees charged when the visa has not been used, provided that the guest submits their passport within 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through other means or another visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for lack of participation or other reasons, no refunds will be given.
- Changes may occur in the route according to the city where the plane will land. The flight type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during peak seasons or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These matters have been informed at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels. The third bed in triple rooms is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; hotels block rooms based on availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children accompanied by 2 adults.
- Hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- It is necessary to report the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers as they appear on the travel passport during the reservation/registration process. Flight tickets are issued based on these details. Any penalties resulting from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they get it from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may receive fines from the local authorities. In case of penalties due to not having insurance, the responsibility belongs to the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having been entered and exited in some countries may result in not obtaining a visa for one/multiple countries or not being able to cross the border at customs; it is accepted that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such situations.
- To ensure the economical and timely benefit of the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours on the route agree to wait in a nearby facility until the tour group returns. The bus will pick up these guests when the tour ends, and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be scheduled on different days with the condition that their content does not change, or they may not be held due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or price changes may occur.
- Tours or excursions that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities will not be organized. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for not being able to carry out these tours or excursions.
- Seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as single tickets. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The relevant rules of the airline will apply in this case.
- Last minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced on information boards/screens at the airports. Such information must be closely monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, gidiş-dönüş ticket) themselves. Furthermore, missing the initial day program may occur due to missing the group's departure; in such case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to/from the city/country with a different flight than the group, transfers from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so after their tickets have been issued if there is availability on the respective flight of the airline. The tickets in our programs are group tickets, and if the desired ticket can be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the fare indicated by the airline before upgrading the group ticket.
- Guests must check with their GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure that their phones are enabled for international calls/receiving calls.
- During your trip, please ensure that you take all your belongings before briefly or completely leaving your mode of transportation or accommodation.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or where it deems necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held liable in case of flight failure due to the absence of a consent letter.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
