Be at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 05:30. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic vacation destination on FREEBIRD Airlines flight FH9028 at 08:30.
We will arrive at 10:30 local time and then head to our hotel. You will be informed about the tours and activities that you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Guests who wish can participate in the extra tour to be organized. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? Today, while we visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and one of the richest museums in the world, the New Cairo Museum, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Beverages during lunch are extra.
5th Day: Cairo- IzmirAfter an early breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and during our panoramic city tour, we will have the opportunity to see the main tourist attractions such as Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.
At the time specified by our guide, transfer to the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, we will fly from Cairo to Izmir on FREEBIRD Airlines flight FH9029 at 16:00. Our arrival time is 18:00.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During mosque visits, important points to consider include; Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless, miniskirts, leggings, or shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits.
- Things to note for desert safari tours; Wear comfortable sports clothes and bring a jacket. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their situation.
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 10 people. Should participation fall below 10, tour prices may vary or may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
- Prices of extra tours may vary due to region density or seasonal conditions. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
- Due to the operation of VB in the program, if only category information is provided without naming and/or if there are multiple options available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour.
- Our programs will have guides who will meet you at the destination. The guideline service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round trip airport transfer. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be obtained. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. During return transfers, you must be ready at your hotel’s reception at the time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes regarding extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The status of cancellation or refund for the extra tour requested will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used beyond the specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the overall introduction of the cities and are conducted via guided narratives from the vehicle, excluding entry to museums or sites, limited to a maximum of 2-3 hour duration.
- For panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, BTB Tours is not responsible for failure to carry out the tours in case the places to be visited are closed or routes on the way are obstructed or if the weather conditions make the tours impossible. Some tours could be conducted via public transport or on foot if feasible under these conditions.
- Guides will be available at the arrival airport, where the tour programs start. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel's reception according to the time indicated by the guide.
- The specified hotels in the program are subject to availability. In high season or special periods, there may be changes in availability, and other similar hotels may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tour purchases cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
- As extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD-EUR exchange rate is applied equally.
- GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified during booking must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations outlined below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising during the briefings. Our guest acknowledges that they have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not carry out their flights from Turkey. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- Travelers' passports with visible tears, worn-out, or damaged for any reason should be renewed to avoid issues with the customs police at the entry points of the country. If T.C citizens are required to obtain a visa, the relevant visa should be present in the new passport. In case of failure, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
