Upon arrival at local time 10:30, proceed to our hotel. You will be informed about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Guests who wish may join additional tours organized separately. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be realized via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where the tour program provides category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the arrival point. The guided service included in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guided service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general promotion of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, if roads on the route are closed due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports, if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years; they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be implemented by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and if it is a country that applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of failure to do so, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of failure to do so, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator is an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate. The Consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or responsibility for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator makes a visa application as an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or this situation that may prevent boarding.
- For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can recover the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own resources and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, similar hotels may be given instead. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are given according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have additional bed arrangements, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from the Operator or not, our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through the border, and since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator is not responsible in such cases, which is accepted by the parties.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Flight seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically voided. In such a case, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be tracked by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, they may miss the first day's program partially or entirely due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since flight seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, the difference in the amount specified by the airline company may need to be paid before upgrading the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. In this case, the price difference that occurs is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM Operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels you stay in during your trip, please make sure you have taken your belongings completely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without distorting the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, from their mother. If traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held responsible.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be thought of independently from the tour program.
