3 Nights 5 Days Baku City Tour Included with AJET Airlines from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Departure (389)
1st Day: Istanbul
Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, be at the AJET Airlines counter at 21:00.
2nd Day: Istanbul - Baku
After completing the exit procedures, we depart for Baku at 00:15 with AJET Airlines flight VF179. After our arrival, we leave the airport and have breakfast in the city center of Baku before starting our tour. Following breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour. We will see the Haydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, from a panoramic view. We then take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After seeing the newly opened area called Flame Towers, we head to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we check in and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish can join our optional Evening Dinner Tour of Old Baku.

In this tour, we will explore the Old City, Highland Park (Martyrs’ Avenue, Turkish Mosque, Mini Square of the Hero of the Soviet Union, General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, an observation deck with breathtaking views), Baku and Baku Bay views, Baku Television Tower, Mini Venice. The tour will start with a walking and bus tour of the Old City’s castle walls where tourists can learn about significant landmarks including the monument to Azerbaijan's national poet Sabir, Nizami's monument, and other historical monuments. The itinerary also includes visiting the Philharmonic Orchestra named after the Muslim Magomayev, the City Duma building, and the Venedik-style house with external supervision by Ismaili. Discovering the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Baku’s Independence Avenue, features marvelous 19th-century houses, as we enjoy stunning views of the city from Dagustu Park. Later on, we proceed to the restaurant where we will enjoy our dinner set menu. You will have the chance to experience Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
3rd Day: Baku
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests wishing can participate in the optional ‘Lunch Included Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour’ priced at 80 USD. Overnight at our hotel.

We head toward Gobustan, located about 65 km southwest of Baku, which is Azerbaijan’s richest archaeological site and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Situated near the Caspian Sea, Gobustan is often referred to as an open-air museum. This area provides important insights into prehistoric society, hunting, and flora and fauna through its rock carvings and petroglyphs. Then, we proceed to the nearby Mud Volcanoes area, which is renowned for having half of the world's mud volcanoes, including the largest ones. When you arrive, you will feel like being amongst "moon craters." After the guided explanations in the area, we observe the live volcanic activities. After visiting the mud volcanoes, we will have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Baku to visit the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, this building represents the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology and is considered one of Azerbaijan’s most important structures due to its modern, unusual, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center, you will find permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classical instruments, and personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev. In this visit, you will gain extensive information about Azerbaijan from its past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel.
4th Day: Baku
After breakfast, there is free time. Guests wishing can join the optional tours “Ateshgah, Yanardag & Baku Historical Villages Tour” for 90 USD and “Dinner and Musical Azerbaijan Night” for 60 USD. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Flame Temple, revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs (17th-18th century). The place is named "Atashgah" due to the natural gas occurrences that feed flames which cannot be extinguished. It reveals significant insights into prehistoric community life, hunting, and flora and fauna through its rock carvings and petroglyphs. After lunch at a local restaurant, we visit the historical villages of Baku, exploring the Ethnographic Qala Museum, Mardakan Castle, and Ramana Castles before returning to our hotel.

We will enjoy our dinner at a restaurant with a set menu while experiencing a night full of dance, music, and entertainment.
5th Day: Baku - Istanbul
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures and have free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. After transferring to the airport, we complete our ticket, luggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul with AJET flight VF180. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour ends.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous prices of extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours will be held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of less than 15 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
- If the tour program is provided only as a category without mentioning names and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
- The guide will meet the guests at the area where the group is dropped off; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and return airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sporting events, hotels may be located farther than the indicated km. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as an introduction to the cities and are carried out without museum and archaeological site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be feasible if locations are closed to visit, if roads on the route are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours under these circumstances. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot if possible at closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program indicated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests, along with general terms and obligations. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising in connection with the notified information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, whose passport issuance date is more than 10 years old, are required to renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline company may refuse to carry them from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited, it is necessary to renew passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or have similar damage; and if the country requiring visas for T.C. citizens is mentioned, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In such cases, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visas in cases where deemed necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS solely undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation concerning personal visa applications.
- Guests who apply for their visas on their own need to ensure the provision of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets etc.), which normally take 1 business day. Guests should schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible inconveniences.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in/ cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, apart from the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for their visa, after showing their passport that the visa was not used within a maximum of 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary firm, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refunds will be issued to the guest.
- Changes in routes may occur based on the city to which the plane will land. It is possible to change the type and time of the flight; because hotels may vary in availability during high season or special periods, another hotel may be provided instead. The passenger accepts the risk of TIME CHANGE and HOTEL CHANGE by purchasing the tour, as these situations have been communicated at the time of the agreement.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability at hotels. An extra bed is provided in triple rooms; the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. No guarantee can be made for three separate beds in triple rooms, and if hotels have suitable rooms, they block them according to availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels provide continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the passenger.
- Guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance starting the day before the tour until the day after the tour, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance can be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of being subject to a penalty due to not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple country or prevent entry at the border, and since this is outside BTB TOURS' control, it is accepted that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.
- In order to ensure an economic benefit and time efficiency for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the additional tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick these guests up, and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted to introduce the cities. City tours and additional excursions may be organized on different days without changing the content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or price changes may occur.
- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours.
- The flight seats on our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest must bear the cost of purchasing a new ticket (according to the previous article, if necessary for the outbound flight, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, if they miss the group departure, they may partially or entirely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. If they go to the city/country with a different flight than the group's flight, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, the desired seat can only be upgraded to economy class if payment for the difference specified by the airline has been made, depending on availability. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are purchased a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your travels, please ensure that you collect all your belongings completely when leaving the transportation vehicles or hotels.
- BTB TOURS may change the cities' program order and/or the airline company to be used without changing the content of the program due to compelling reasons or as deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother or from their mother if traveling with their father; if traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. In the event that the flight cannot be completed due to the absence of a consent document, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
