Our arrival point will be Vathy or Pythagoreio. After arriving at the port, we start our city tour.

span style="color:black"After breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time and will complete check-out procedures after vacating their rooms. ***The key handover time to the reception is by 12:00 at the latest.*** We will then transfer to either Vathy or Pythagoreio port for the return journey, with free time until the ferry departure. After passport control, at 18:00, our active ferry departs from Samos Island heading to Kuşadası, and we bid farewell until the next trip.

Greek authorities do not permit entry to passengers with a Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) entry stamp on their passport. Please be aware of this.
Necessary Documents for Visa On Arrival Applications:

7. Bank Statement
- Must cover the last 3 months, active or movable account,
- At the application date, minimum balance: 500 Euros (1500 Euros for Rhodes island) or equivalent TL (excluding KMH),
- Must be signed and stamped with a wet signature.
8. Consent Letter (for children under 18)
- For children traveling with only one parent,
- Notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent,
- Must be presented with an English sworn translation.

Important Notice:
The Visa On Arrival program is a fast-track visa process provided by Greek authorities for Turkish citizens planning short-term tourist visits to certain Greek islands.
This visa does not have Schengen visa status. It is valid only on the specific Greek island visited, for a maximum of 6 nights and 7 days, with single entry and exit.
During the visa period, travelers can only stay on the entered island; no inter-island travel is allowed. It is mandatory to exit from the same island at the end of the visit.
The Visa On Arrival is not pre-approved like a Schengen visa. After the application file is prepared, the passenger departs without a visa from Turkish ports.
The final decision is made at the customs checkpoint of the relevant Greek island on the day of travel.
Usually, no prior information is given before the trip. However, in some adverse cases, applicants may be informed 2-3 days before travel that their application has been rejected.
Rejected applications are not justified and visa fees are non-refundable.

- During booking/registering, the guest’s name, date of birth, passport number must be correctly provided.
- Ensure all personal belongings are taken when departing during the tour. The agency is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items during the tour.
- Guests must be informed about the general terms and conditions of the tour program at the time of reservation. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information.
- If the tour program only mentions category or provides options for hotels, hotel names will be announced at least 48 hours before the departure. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names within the same category.
- Hotel availability can vary during peak or special periods; alternative hotels may be provided with prior notice, and guests accept hotel changes by purchasing the tour.
- 3-person rooms are based on hotel availability, and extra beds may be smaller; no guarantee of 3 separate beds, but the hotel may block rooms according to availability.
- Hotels offer continental breakfast; not a traditional Turkish breakfast.
- Group breakfasts can be served in a separate hall.
- Tour guides will meet at the destination; guiding services include panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers only. Additional tours may involve different guides. Guests should be ready for pickup at their accommodation for return transfers.
- Panoramic city tours are brief, non-ticketed, and may not include museum or site entries.
- Tours may be canceled or altered due to local closures, events, weather, etc., for which the agency is not responsible. Extra tours require at least 10 participants; otherwise, they may be canceled or prices may vary.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date; otherwise, entry may be refused.
- Guests traveling on a green Turkish passport with an issue date older than 10 years must renew their passports to avoid issues at the border; damage or wear may also cause refusals.
- Political relations may restrict or prevent entry/exit to some countries, and the agency is not responsible for such situations.
- The agency acts as an intermediary; it has no control over visa issuance, which is at the discretion of consulates. The responsibility for visa rejection rests with the consulate, and the agency bears no liability.
- Guests must have valid travel and health insurance covering at least one day before and after the tour dates. Failure to do so may result in fines or entry denial.
- Minors traveling with only one parent or third parties require notarized consent letters from both parents, and these must be in English.
- Cancellation of the reservation or failure to participate in the tour results in no refund of visa or service fees.
