Notes:
1-Your tour may take place with different flights of Pegasus Airlines on certain dates. In this case, our company will contact you to request your confirmation, and afterward, ticketing will be done.
2- You need to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On certain dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be utilized. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets booked and purchased by you without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the day of the publication of the announcement, and the costs that may arise due to supplier price increases, exchange rate changes, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sale prices. In such a case; the new prices on the final program to be sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour date will be valid.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;
* Buses will be used for groups of 16 people and above,
* Midi-buses for groups of 9 to 15,
* Minibuses for groups of 8 or fewer.
5- The routes of the bus and plane may be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests who will stay alone at Rixos hotel groups or two male guests staying in the same room are not accepted. Reservations for a single woman, two women, or a male-female couple are accepted.

SEASCOPE/SEMI-SUBMARINE DIFFERENCE
We provide the opportunity to observe underwater life in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottom boat, included in your package. However, in recent years, a trend has emerged in Egypt with SeaScope, a semi-submarine much more modern and larger, which has a glass underwater section, promising guests a much better underwater experience.

RAS MOHAMED BOAT TOUR WITH LUNCH AND UNLIMITED NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES + FARSHA CAFE and SOHO SQUARE
Located on the southern coast of Egypt, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent spots in the Red Sea. The mangrove trees, salt marshes, natural desert scenery, and impressive underwater life in this incredible park attract thousands of tourists every year. On the full-day trip with our boat, you will have the opportunity to discover all the natural beauties filled with the unique underwater ecosystem and rich biodiversity, accompanied by lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. You can rent snorkeling equipment or experience scuba diving for an additional fee) After our tour, we transfer to Farsha Cafe. SCUBA DIVING
During the breaks provided during our Ras Mohamed Boat Tour included in your package, you can closely observe the magnificent underwater life of the Red Sea. DAHAB BLUE LAGOON TOUR
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located at the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim in the sea, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos at the stunning lagoon where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (entrance fee, one non-alcoholic drink per person, beach chair, and umbrella fees are included)

If you want to take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend you to join our exciting tour consisting of ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel ride, Dahab town, and a lavish lunch by the sea, in addition to Dahab Blue Lagoon tour included in your package. During our tour, we will first go to Dahab town to explore this charming small town of the Red Sea. Then, we will have lunch in a very pleasant restaurant by the sea. Afterward, we will head to the 3 Pools area where we will give you free time to snorkel. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the chance to ride a camel. (This is included) Lastly, we will have an ATV safari in the desert to the oasis filled with green palm trees in the middle of the desert. (the helmet rental charge of 10 USD per person, and the scarf and sunglasses you will definitely need in the desert are included. The scarf and sunglasses are yours to keep.) Finally, we will have a delightful desert safari with 4X4s to visit the canyons.

The Sinai Desert and Mountain Range offer indescribable views. During our ATV tour, you will also visit a Bedouin camp and learn about life in the desert. (Transfers, helmets, Bedouin tea included; other drinks and scarves are not included)
If there are enough participants, our Turkish-speaking guide will accompany you and the transfer vehicle will only hold guests hosted by our company.
Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo Tour (Prices vary depending on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we pick up our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart for Cairo after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, the only surviving wonder of the ancient world and one of the most intriguing places. Throughout our tour, we will see the massive pyramid of Giza, which reflects countless mysterious techniques and architectural elements, The Great Pyramid of Khufu, and take magnificent photos at the Panorama Hill, Kefren, Mikerinos, and the pyramid tombs of other nobles.
Following this, we will see the Kefren Valley Temple, which is the most important part of the Kefren burial complex where mummification occurred, and the Sphinx. Afterward, we will enjoy our lunch at a local restaurant. During our tour, we will also visit the Papyrus Workshop and Natural Perfume Factory. The GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), opened in November 2025 with extravagant shows, is one of the largest museums in the world dedicated to a single civilization. It has attracted great interest from travelers and culture/history enthusiasts since its opening. This important museum receives a limited number of visitors each day. You can visit the Valley of the Pyramids without an additional entrance fee included in your package. However, we recommend that you purchase this significant museum tour in advance to secure your entry while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The market is located in the Beyn-el Kasreyn, an area founded by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of the city of Cairo, along with Amr Ibn el As. In this area, you will find the Islamic heart of Cairo, home to the El Ezher Mosque which bears the name of the second oldest madrasa in the world and the restored and beautiful Hussein Mosque. During the market visit, you can visit the Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs from among more than five-thousand shops and streets, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at a cafe bearing the name of the Nobel Prize-winning author Najib Mahfouz or Fishawi, which was also a favorite of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. We return to Sharm by bus. Since our return will be late at night, we will prepare your dinner as a cold plate in your rooms. In the case of the flight tour, this is probably not necessary.
Note: A visa is required for this tour. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm. (25 USD) No visa is required for Green Passport holders. A minimum number of participants is required, please obtain the necessary information from your guide. You can also choose to do this tour by plane with round trip; however, in this case, the flight ticket is not included in the tour price. You can buy your ticket yourself or ask our representative for assistance.
GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- Tours must have a minimum number of participants to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If this number is not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with guest approval)
B- The tour can be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional charge (with guest approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without deductions.
2- Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers, and payments are completed. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report arises for themselves and/or the person they are sharing the room with, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will receive 50% of the paid amount.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not be eligible for a refund.
D- A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the designated time may opt to join the tour by their means at another location. If they choose not to or if this is not possible due to tour content, no refunds will be granted.
E- Since some tours also receive guests from different hotels, delays may occur; in such cases, the guest will contact our authorized personnel to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration and cannot be considered grounds for cancellation. Therefore, refunds will not be issued if cancellation is requested.
F- During the free time and breaks provided on the tour, our authorized personnel will inform the guests of the departure time. If the guest is late but the tour flow is not affected, normal procedure allows for a reasonable wait by our personnel, or proceeding without delay. Otherwise, the guest may need to find their own way to the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense, with no refunds issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are all the best, based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, and all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In case of any missing and/or defective services in our tours and activities; we continually monitor your experience in Egypt, enabling us to intervene immediately to resolve any problems, and/or to issue partial or complete refunds based on the problem.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control that may arise due to local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions causing delays, etc.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask that you consult with our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/motor safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, and camel rides carry some risk of accidents and may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative occurrences. When participating in these types of tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please consult with our authorized personnel. If you remain uncertain, do not complete the purchase. By engaging in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the warnings of our personnel, follow all additional precautions given, and wear provided safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately when visiting places of religious importance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to improper clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require specific items/clothes. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, as well as borrowing towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- If you have food allergies or other allergies, or health issues that require special diets, please inform your guide. Please note that in such special circumstances, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- We strongly advise you not to consume open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and on our tours, and not to eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled. Avoid consuming unwrapped food sold openly outside, as your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, which may lead to symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention, but all associated costs will be your responsibility.
10- Like any careful individual, we especially recommend that you purchase Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
