1 -You must confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. Sometimes, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used on certain dates. We are not responsible for internally purchased tickets made without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to tickets issued by us for domestic flights.
2 -Our guide and company may make changes to the tour program flow to keep the content the same.
3 - In Egypt, the cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively are not possible. If purchased with your package, the cancellation and refund policies will also apply to auxiliary services. We recommend purchasing an insurance policy from your agency for security against unexpected events, as the reservations are made and paid to service providers; otherwise, our company has no further action in this regard. Single purchases are subject to list prices.

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel. (Approximately 85 km.) Upon arrival, we enter the facility located at the lagoon.
