Summer Season Great Italy Express Tour (September 1-22, 2026) with THY for 5 nights (FCO-BLQ)

Day 1 Istanbul – Rome Meet in front of Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport Departures terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Rome. Arrival in Rome according to local time. Our private vehicle and guide will transfer us to Rome. After arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour of Rome. During the tour, we will see the Vatican (San Pietro), Castel Sant'Angelo, the Angel’s Castle, the ancient Circo Massimo stadium ruins, and the boulevards from the Baroque period by bus. We will have a brief photo stop at the Colosseum, then free time in the afternoon. In the evening, for those interested, we will depart for the Rome night tour (45€), where we will see the famous squares of Rome we haven't seen before and enjoy walking through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at the hotel. Day 2 Rome After breakfast, free day. For those interested, our guide will organize an extra tour to the unique natural area of Lake Albano & Nemi Roman villages (Strawberry Village) (95€). We will visit the region where the popes stay during summer and the Nemi village famous for its wild strawberries. Further, we will visit the Castel Romano Designer Outlet for shopping, where you can find many famous brands. Later in the day, for those who wish, an extra tour to Rome Monuments & Masterpieces (65€) is available. During this tour, we will explore and learn about the ancient story of the city with landmarks like the Pantheon, the main square Piazza Navona with its baroque architecture and famous fountain, the legend of the Money Fountain where throwing a coin promises return, the Spanish Steps with street performers, Castel Sant'Angelo and its bridge. This guided tour will immerse you in the myths and historical fabric of Rome. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel and overnight. Day 3 Rome – Florence – Montecatini After breakfast, we will depart for Florence. Upon arrival, we will begin a panoramic city tour, photographing Florence’s historic streets and squares, concluding at Piazza della Repubblica. Shortly after, for those interested, an optional tour to explore the Renaissance at the Medici's footsteps (45€). This tour details Florence’s history and the lives of the artists and scientists of the Renaissance, focusing on key landmarks such as Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria with the Hercules and David statues, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Medici corridors, Dante Alighieri’s house, Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore) with its "Crowning Door," Baptistery, and famous markets. Afterward, transfer to our hotel for overnight stay. Day 4 Florence (Montecatini) After breakfast, free day. For those interested, an optional full-day trip to Pisa & the Italian Riviera Portofino (145€). This tour has two parts: The Italian Riviera Portofino, known for inspiring songs, with colorful, well-maintained houses, elegant cafes, bars, luxury boutiques, and yachts in the harbor, where you can swim in stunning surroundings. Pisa, famed for its famous Leaning Tower, with panoramic sightseeing including the tower, cathedral, baptistery, and Miracles Square. Guests can also take photos of these historic sights. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 5 Florence (Montecatini) – Venice After breakfast, depart from our hotel heading to Venice. Upon arrival, begin a panoramic city tour of Venice. Visit St. Mark’s Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, the historic Campanile Tower. For those interested, an optional gondola ride (30€) through the canals is available. You may also join the Big Canal tour (55€) by boat, which offers a scenic view of the city’s beauty and historical architecture from the Grand Canal, the symbol of Venice. After the tour, transfer to the hotel for overnight. Day 6 Venice – Bologna – Istanbul After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. Depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival in Istanbul local time, the tour ends.
