1st Day ISTANBUL – ROME Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Rome. Arrival in Rome local time. We head to Rome with our private vehicle and guide. After arrival, we have a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our tour, we see some of the city’s most valuable treasures, including Vatican City (San Pietro), Castel San't Angelo, the remains of the Circo Massimo stadium from ancient Rome, and the streets from the Baroque period panoramic by bus. There will be a short photo break at the Colosseum, and after the tour, free time in the afternoon. In the evening, for those interested, we will head for an additional night tour of Rome (45€), where we will see famous squares we haven’t seen before and stroll through the streets for a delightful time. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 2nd Day ROME After breakfast, a free day. For those interested, we will depart for an extraordinary tour of nature organized by our guide to Albano Lake & Nemi Rome Villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€). We will visit the area of natural beauty where the popes spent their summers and the Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries. After this tour, in the later part of the day, for those interested, there is an additional Monuments and Masterpieces of Rome Tour (65€). On this tour, we will witness the city that shaped European Civilization, with its 23 centuries of history, visiting ancient monuments such as the Pantheon temple, the famous square known as Piazza Navona with its baroque architecture and famous fountain, the Trevi Fountain where it is believed that throwing a coin guarantees a return to Rome, and the Spanish Steps renowned for street artists, as well as Castel San't Angelo and its bridge. Prepare to get lost in the ancient stories and historical fabric of Rome on this guided tour. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 3rd Day ROME – FLORENCE – MONTECATINI After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon our arrival in Florence, we commence our panoramic city tour, photographing the historic streets and squares of Florence, concluding our panoramic tour at Piazza Della Republica (Republic Square). After a short break, for those interested, we continue exploring the Renaissance capital, UNESCO World Heritage site Florence, with our guide step by step. In the afternoon, there is an opportunity to participate in the Medici’s Footsteps: Renaissance Artworks Tour (45€). During this tour, we will closely examine the historical monuments of this city, guided by the life stories of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance. We will see places including Palazzo Vecchio, home to Hercules and David statues, Piazza Della Signoria featuring Renaissance masterpieces, Uffizi Art Gallery, the oldest bridge in the city, Ponte Vecchio, the Medici Corridor, the house of famous literary master Dante Alighieri, known for his epic poem Divine Comedy from the 13th century, the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with the 3rd tallest dome in Italy, and visit Florence’s famous historic markets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 4th Day FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) After breakfast, a free day. For those interested, we will depart for an organized tour by our guide called The Great Tuscany Tour (145€). During our tour, Pisa - San Gimignano - Volterra will be among the places to visit. Pisa is known for its leaning tower, one of the most recognized historical monuments in the world. During our panoramic tour, we will explore the Pisa Tower, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracoli Square, with opportunities for guests to take photographs. San Gimignano, known as the City of 13 Towers, was built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries and we'll visit the central Cistern Square, where we can enjoy shopping at reasonable prices. Volterra, a medieval fortress city rich in history, has been the setting for Hollywood films and series (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). This unique Tuscan town offers many opportunities for visitors. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through narrow streets and squares from the Middle Ages, enjoying breathtaking views of the Tuscan Valley. The places to see include the Roman Theater, remnants of the forum area, Priori Square, the town's main square, and the 12th-century Volterra Cathedral. During free time, guests can taste local cheeses and wines at small shops or enjoy coffee in historic cafes in the square. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay. 5th Day FLORENCE - BOLOGNA - ISTANBUL After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Departure with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul, arrival in Istanbul local time, and end of our tour.
