However, our ship will stop at the nearest point to medical institutions for any health needs and assist in promptly transferring ill guests to hospitals or similar institutions. We also recommend that you bring your regularly used medications along with their prescriptions and obtain comprehensive travel health insurance.
Health services provided aboard and at healthcare facilities are charged.
We do not anticipate any issues with your health regarding the meals you will receive during your ship journey. However, we advise you to be cautious about eating and drinking when you are not on the ship, to only consume bottled water, to avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, to ensure that meat and fish products are well-cooked, and to eat fruits like bananas and pineapples, which can be peeled.
Since you may enter different countries during your journey, the ship will indicate the times relevant to each port it will stop at. Please adjust your schedules according to the port times for disembarking and boarding the ship.
On river cruise ships, especially during country transitions, your mobile phone line will be usable if it is open for international calls (roaming). However, sometimes signal disruptions may occur due to the lack of cell towers in forested areas.
We recommend that male guests bring a suit and female guests a formal evening dress for the Captain’s Welcome & Farewell Cocktail nights during your journey. If you are traveling in the summer season, it is suggested to bring easy-to-wear t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a light sweater for the evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against potential noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and backup memory cards.
