IMPORTANT NOTES

To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours require a minimum of 15 participants. If there are fewer than 15 participants, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted with the metro. Our guide may change the days for extra tours as long as content remains the same.
Prices for extra tours may change based on regional density or the time of year. The prices during extra tour purchases from the guide will be valid.
In cases where only category information is given and/or multiple options are available for the same destination without mentioning names in the program, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the excursion.
Our guide will be available at the destination being visited, and the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round trip transfers to the airport. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
Guests must inform the guide about the cancellation or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the canceled extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used at a distance greater than those indicated in kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the tour's departure date.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and last a maximum of 2-3 hours without museum or site entrance fees included.
Due to local authorities closing sites, blocked roads, or inclement weather, BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours or tours included in the program. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot when possible due to blocked roads or areas not accessible by vehicles.
In our tour programs, the guide will meet you at the airport of entry. For return transfers, the guest must be present at the reception of the hotel it is accommodated in, before the time provided by the guide.
The hotels and services mentioned in the program are put up for sale. Availability of hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
To prevent any negative impact from currency fluctuations, we advise guests against exchanging large amounts of currency. Spoiled or worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Thus, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be conducted using old currency that banks will not accept.
Given that our package tours are aimed at international destinations, passengers are responsible for their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport issuance date is over 10 years old must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or the airline may refuse to operate their flight from Turkey. In such instances, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS assumes no liability.
To avoid issues arising from torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, they should be renewed and, if the passport belongs to citizens of T.C. who require visas, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Any impediment will be the responsibility of the guests.
