- Guests participating in the tour must have a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa during the tour duration. (Holders of Green Passports are exempt from the visa requirement.) - To make purchases and spend money in all the countries included in the tour program, it is sufficient to have Euros. The guide will assist in currency exchange in areas where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the night. - Our tours implement a seat rotation system on a daily basis, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantees are provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days to bring goods (such as alcohol and cigarettes). - The shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Guides may make changes to the program flow, provided they show all the places listed in the program, depending on weather and road conditions during the tour. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days beforehand. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be imposed. Documentation such as hospital reports, work leave documents, etc. provided during the cancellation request will unfortunately not be accepted for services canceled outside of Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the latest cancellation notification date will be 20 days prior to the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - If only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names, and/or if there are optional accommodations for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days prior to the tour departure. - Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable or referred to as couch beds, tour participants agree to the potential crowding and bed types in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour services at the hotel are generally served in a limited menu as continental breakfast, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country, generally consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with guidance from the vehicle for a maximum of 2-3 hours without including museum or site entry fees. Viyatravel is not responsible if the panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to the local authorities' restrictions on visits, closed roads due to any events, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or entrance restrictions for vehicles. - The waiting times at customs gates while traveling by land may exceed standard times; Viyatravel is not responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions may not be held, or the prices, content, and transportation used for extra trips may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on whether the museums and sites at the destination are open/closed and the weather conditions. - Extra tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour accept to wait at a convenient rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For participants in flights with the tour, check-in and boarding procedures must be conducted personally by the guests either at the relevant airline counters at airports or online via the airline's websites before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for guests who are not present at the airport at the times specified by Viyatravel, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. The expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination area that may be required for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary institution between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays for scheduled and charter flights, and flight times may change before the existing trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible.
