- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 45 days before the tour date. In the event of cancellation less than 45 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty will be applied. The participant’s cancellation request along with the medical report from authorized institutions in Turkey, workplace permission documents, etc., will unfortunately not be accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services they will use abroad. - During the tour, it is sufficient to carry USD for purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening. - Our tours apply a rotation (seat change) in the daily seating plan; fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a requirement to stay at least 3 days when bringing belongings (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) while entering Turkey from abroad. - The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (except for alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including wines and champagne with less than 22% alcohol), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Guides may change the program flow with the condition of showing all specified locations in the program according to weather and road conditions. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If adequate participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where accommodation details are given only by category and/or where there are options for the same destination without specifying hotel names, the hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms can only be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are of the folding and coach bed type, so participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child will be deemed to accept the potential crowding and bed type issues in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to a single child who is in the appropriate age group accompanying 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the host country and generally consist of a limited menu typically referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a designated separate room for groups. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours conducted in panoramic form with guide narration. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Viyatravel if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities denying access, closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may also be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted. - The waiting times at the customs gates crossed by road during travels may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse experiences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participant requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices, contents, and vehicles for the extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours might also be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have agreed to wait in a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from where they were left after the tour is completed. - For those participating in flying tours, check-in and boarding procedures must be completed personally by the guest at the relevant airline counters at airports or online via the airline companies' websites before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to fly for participants who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who completed these procedures on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination to be reached for passengers who miss the flight are their own responsibility. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The type of vehicle used for each tour is determined based on the number of people indicated below. Buses: (Used for 25 - 46 People) Midibuses: (Used for 17 - 24 People) Minibuses: (Used for up to 16 People) - All guests are considered to have accepted the conditions mentioned above by making the purchase of the tour.
